Anti-clutter mod.

I have only been using this Mod for a short time. See details Here.

It is one of those things that I was a test subject on but did not know it for the last month or so.

Anyway. I finished building my barn about 10 months ago. But I never did finish building the work benches or doing any organization in the barn. It was a MESS. Stuff piled up everywhere, hardly any room to walk in a 1200 square foot barn!!!

Well, last week I get bit by the bug of getting it done (not knowing that I was on this anti-clutter mod).

I built the work benches, shelves, and hung the pegboard. I organized all the lumber, went thru all the piles of stuff, and moved some stuff from the shed into the barn.

I now have more stuff in the barn than before, but have over 70% of the floor space has nothing on it! It looks so nice. My daughter walked into it yesterday and asked where did all the stuff go? She was surprised to learn there was even more stuff in there than before, it was just organized!

I have to finish hanging tools up on the peg board, will get that done this week.

I just saw this post and it occured to me that I am really feeling the effects of this Module!

Last night while getting ready for bed I actually found myself making plans to clean and rearrange my whole house! I used to be into feng shui but haven't even thought much about it in years until last night. Thinking about doing it doesn't feel daunting like it used too, just fun. Which is odd but a very nice change.

And this morning, after grocery shopping, I began organizing my pantry. Soups here, pasta there. Lol.

Also, at the store I got a cork board so that I could pin up all of the events and shows I want to go to up on it to have them all in the same place where I could see them.

I like it!

I am having success with this as well.

I have always been unorganized, for as long as I can remember. In the moment, I feel like I'll always remember where I am putting something or how I am doing something and when I come back later its always "what the heck did I do here?"

Its almost like now I am more conscious of that future moment, and prepare accordingly.

I walked into my bedroom closet the other day and actually had the urge to get it cleaned up and organized. That type of urge is not rare for me, its non-existent.

I could've used this a long time ago!
