Hey to everybody!!! I am a new member....I recieved and watched my first modules June 30th. I think I'm pretty sensitive to them, had vivid dreams and felt effects from the beginning. I started out with the special - 'Romance'. After the one single viewing had pretty fun dreams, though not what you would usually think, haha. I switched the next day to: Self-esteem, Incr. Energy and Motivation, Synchronicity and Trauma Free.
My biggest issue has been brain fog and fatigue esp. the first few days. I upped my spirulina, but also find I really need to eat decently, on time and have a good amount of protien. One evening was kinda bad, I was moved to go munch on a large amount of carbs and it cleared me pretty quick. I don't know if I'm using a good enough brand of spirulina - Whole Foods house label.
Does taking spirulina late in the day keep anyone up?
I am going to try supplimenting my spirulina with a couple other products - I'll report back on if they help. Brahmi is the ultimate brain and central nervous system herb in Ayurveda...and wild amalaki is a main power ingrediant in the zrii juice. I have a company I use that has really high quality tabs of both plus thay have a brahmi transdermal cream.
I am really thrilled to be here, & working with PATHS. I am a long time believer and fan of LOA, but feel it's unconcious crud that gets in our way...at least thats true for me!
Big big thanks to Odille for posting on the TUT forum, which encouraged me to take the plunge!
Happy to meet all of you!!!!
Namaste,
