Hi folks, SORRY TO BE SUCH A PAIN IN THE REAR .....I am really struggling to find what works for me,.......I found out this afternoon that I cannot take ANY spirulina....not only is it constipating, I saw a friend this afternoon that told me it was like I was on huge caffine dose.......I am so ramped up, and she recognized it from when SHE tried spirulina and the same thing happened to her, she couldn't sleep, (like me), was bouncing around like crazy (like me).........so not only is it constipating, it is making me a nevous, jittery mess!! I must stop it.
I CAN take Hemp protein.......my question is this: Based on the nutritional info below, how much should I take for what I am doing now, watching
