  • A War in my Head!!

    Hello everyone,

    I'm new to the whole PATHS thing, and first I just wanna say thank you guys for posting your results, as it had a definite effect on my deciding to purchase two modules and give this thing a try.

    I'm using two modules right now, the Buisness and productivity, and the Self-Esteem one. I just started using them about two weeks ago. While I don't really know if the buisness mod has really kicked in yet, the self-esteem one is really kicking me in the tail right now. Its wierd, but the first week I felt GREAT!! The second week however, was hell!! I have noticed That I became alot bolder with certain things lately, but since I have always had issues with my confidence, whenever something didn't go well, my brain and emotions went nuts! The problem is,i didn't have that reaction in the first week. I just wanted to know if this is normal? I'm taking the recommended dosage of the green stuff, so is this the dreaded cog. dissonace you guys are always talking about that I'm feeling and witnessing in myself? Thank you for your help in advance.

    Since there is no fixed amount of the "green stuff" that is "right" for every individual, you might want to try increasing it a bit and see if that helps.

    Other than that, you may be going through a growing phase in your self-esteem, where old beliefs are desperately trying to hang on in spite of your new knowledge of how powerful a person you really are!

      I know I experienced a similar reaction my second month. At the time I had a poor diet and found that PATHS really magnified the excess sugar and caffeine I was taking in. I also wasn't regimented with the green stuff so I wasn't always prompt with it and that didn't help matters at all. I had the war in my head too!

      Once things regulated though, it all quickly went away and I haven't had any problems with it since.

        I didn't know that diet had so much to do with the effectiveness with the modules. I guess when I think about it now though, ofcourse it would and that is why we take the green stuff. I will keep that in mind when I eat sugar and caffeine, which are a part of my diet still.

        Good luck to you GB5000. PATHS is such a blessing. Once you get to the other side of your "process" it is soo nice!

          HI all,
          GB5000, Keep posting your results. I am very skeptical type person. Also, there are so many modalities or products, every vendor claims "IT works". It is hard to decide for "which one" is is going to work. Still I am not convinced with P.A.T.H.S. Please keep posting your progress.

            I understand where you are coming from. Remember there's a $ back guarantee for one module for two months.

            That should take the concerns over the risk out of it.

                Green Stuff, Spirulina or AFA

                No specific recommendation was given, but 4g/day minimum seems to
                be a pretty good guideline and of course can go up from there.

                I take 2 grams when I wake up and 2 grams right before lunch for either
                AFA or Spirulina.
