    Important Spirulina Reminder


    It is really important to take sufficient spirulina, because the theater is putting lots of new instructions into your brain and it needs the extra neurotransmitters or it will "wear you down" making you feel tired and overloaded.

    Everyone's needs for spirulina are different. Some take only 2 grams a day and that is sufficient, others take as much as 10 grams a day.

    Try increasing the amount each day until you find that you are no longer feeling lethargic. (don't take any past mid afternoon, it may disrupt sleep).

      I take E3Live with AFA in it and Zrii. That's sufficient right? I read that the Zrii takes the place of spirulina. Is that correct?

        Afa blue green algae is a substitute for spirulina. It's just as good, possibly better but it costs a bit more.

        Some people find that Zrii is a substitute for spirulina as well, but I think it depends on the person.

        Either way you should be set
