Important Spirulina Reminder
It is really important to take sufficient spirulina, because the theater is putting lots of new instructions into your brain and it needs the extra neurotransmitters or it will "wear you down" making you feel tired and overloaded.
Everyone's needs for spirulina are different. Some take only 2 grams a day and that is sufficient, others take as much as 10 grams a day.
Try increasing the amount each day until you find that you are no longer feeling lethargic. (don't take any past mid afternoon, it may disrupt sleep).
