    To help shed some light on the different PATHS Modules, and what they do, we will be posting the different Module descriptions in here so that you can share your experiences and ask any questions you may have about the Module. We look forward to your responses!

    Reduce Stress in the Workplace
    Replacing stress with Energetic Productivity

    It has been recognized that stress in the workplace plays a key role in workplace accidents and illnesses and absenteeism. Also, disorganized people have higher levels of stress.

    Most have the idea that there is nothing that you can do about workplace stress. But with this module, you will become more organizationally inclined, more relaxed, experience a calm and clear mind, and an increased sense of humor, among other things.

    All of these together will help to reduce stress levels, thereby creating more rewarding and productive work time for you.

    Been doing this one for six weeks, and yes it is helping me a lot! In fact, I'm so relaxed at work nowadays that I'm downright laid back! (Although I have to say, as a teacher this is not necessarily a good thing! "The dog ate your homework again? Aw, don't sweat it, these things happen!")

      My daughter who is 14 really got a laugh out of your last post! She would love teachers laid back like that! LOL! That was just too funny! Thanks for the good cheer!
