Is there a problem with it? It doesn't seem to be on yet. Well, it's there, but not working. It's now 40 minutes after the launch time.

Also, I seem to have a problem with showing it in the browser - it doesn't fit completely. I have to scroll up and down to get the full view. Is it meant to be used in a specific browser? (I'm using Internet Explorer). I've hidden the task bar, and taken away most of the tool bars, but it would be good to not have to do that if possible.

Hi Odille, view the theater in full screen. You can hit the F11 key or choose VIEW in your browser (top left menu option) and then FULL SCREEN.

On any screen that doesn't keep loading, just hit the refresh button in your browser. I'd recommend to start from a freshly booted computer. Try that and let me know what happens.

Thanks for the advice on the F11 - that works perfectly. But, the theatre is still blank.



As you can see, it's there, but not filled in with any details, no coloured dots, and nothing is clickable.

Forgot to mention that I've rebooted my computer three times, but still the same problem.

Adobe Flash 10.0 won't load???

Hey there Aaron,

I'm getting the blank screen also and when I went to load the Adobe Flash Player 10.0.12.36, I get the plug in and click [ run ] It seems to load and nothing else happens?? No other icons appear on my screen and I'm using Mozilla. Any ideas on that?

Hi -

My theatre didn't work in Firefox either, but I have been having trouble with Firefox the last few days.
Safari worked. That is an AWESOME change!

I have a few question....What prompts the questions from the theatre?
"are you happy" "are you concentrating" Some theatres - no questions at all.

Also, the scorecard at the end. How do I interpret this?

I am really impressed and am interested in learning more. Maybe time to become an affilliate!

Just to let you know that I've just logged in and went straight to the new theatre and it all loaded perfectly. Absolutely no idea why mine's working and others aren't. I'm using IE.

Oh, WOW!!!

I just have to say that even though I had a few sneek peeks at the generic "example" of Gen II during the conference calls, experiencing it just now first-hand as my OWN personalized Theater was more AWESOME than I can express!!!! I chose the color red to match my pure excitement and I expect that I will be watching my own Theater and my team's Platinum every chance I get all day long! PATHS!!! This new Gen II is FABULOUS!!!

Mine is not working either. I had no troubles to get the test version working on the affiliate calls, but can't get this to work.

The screen pops up, but no way to start the program. The boxes are all black inside.

It is awesome!!!!!! It worked great! Well my browser locked up when I clicked to finish session, but IE has been doing that a lot... That is fixed by simply choosing firefox or safari for me!

I really loved it, and was soooo excited to watch it this morning, because I was not able to get on the conference calls because of my work schedule. Oooooh I just can not wait to see what I experience from the update. Exciting stuff!!!!

Oh by the way it is 7am PST, and it was working perfectly... no reboot or anything just loaded the first time!
