Hey everyone I am new to PATHS, just started on Saturday Feb, 21. I have been reading alot of the posts and am very encouraged at what I hear and am looking forward to some huge changes in my life. I will be trying to keep everyone updated on my progress.So far just started and my sleep has already improved as has my general out look on life, now I'm not saying miracle changes yet but enough that I can feel a difference, so yeah pretty stoked about it. Just to help out I will write down on a scale of 1-10 each area(saw this done on another post and liked the idea) this will be an overall thing, I know that I will still have day but you know overall improvement. So here we go, these are the modules that I am on.
1.Self esteem & confidence started at I would say 4-5 had my good days and had my 2-3 days; I'm a few days in and would say that the biggest difference is the past few days have all been 5's even parts of the day into 6
2-Take it off-Hard to say on this one I think its too early to tell, my biggest problem was junk food and late night snacks, but I think that was mostly the smoking but about a month ago I stopped smoking every day and now just on occasion; and please all of you out there that have a problem with that please keep it to yourself, I don't smoke cigarettes ,drink,chew,or do anything else so for now I will keep this one vice.So I would say started at a 6 and am still there for now
3-Ultimate Body- Please see above
4-SLP1- I would say right now that this one would be about the same as number 1
So anyways I look forward to talking with and hearing from all of you.
