Just wanted to see what people thought about this. Do you think that you can watch PATHS too much i.e. when you wake up when you get home from work when you are ready for bed?? What does everyone think?

how often to watch modules
Hi GTRLVR83,
There are people watching 3 times a day 7 days a week. Personally, I watch a few times a week. There are only a few people that feel that watching too much is giving them too much stimulation so they simply back off but for the most part, you can watch as often as you like.Sincerely,
Aaron Murakami

personally, i think you can watch it too much. but that's only speaking from my personal experiences. at one point, i was watching my PATHS presentation a few times a week and i experienced major cognitive dissonance which felt like it was interrupting with my daily life, i.e couldn't focus on work, was feeling very depressed. for me, i feel like i need more time in between viewing my presentation to better integrate the changes in my thought patterns.
one thing i've noticed is that when i leave more time in between viewings, still watching it once per week, i find the questions i get during my presentation seem more connected and self-reflective to what has been going on with me during that week. for example, one week i was going through some strong emotions of feeling very skeptical of the PATHS program. i don't know why i was feeling like that, i don't normally feel skeptical, but some negative stuff was definitely clearing for me. a few days later when i watched my presentation, it felt kind of eery to me when one of the questions that came up was "Billie-Jo, do you believe?" by that time, i had moved through the emotions and reaffirmed my belief in not only PATHS, but my spiritual beliefs about the world in general. my answer was a resounding "yes". maybe it was coincidence, but it felt pretty significant to me.
i've found that the more frequently i watch my presentation, the questions don't feel as connected or as significant to me, or i don't get any questions at all. but again, i think that's a highly personal thing. for myself, i think i just need more time to become aware of and experience any negative stuff that comes up for me before i can release it and replace it with positive thoughts. that's just my healing pattern i guess.
my sense is that the longer i am on PATHS, i will start to integrate the changes more easily and watching it more frequently won't be a problem. i'm only going on my third month now, so i'm still pretty new. or maybe i'm just really stubborn and making any kind of change will always be a challenge. but that's a belief i'm hoping to change about myself.

SheBear,
I agree with you 100%! Every person is unique. Every Module is unique, and depending on where a person is in their journey, a Module (or combination of Modules) can have a different affect.
I have been using PATHS Modules for over 3 years now. I rarely, if ever, have experienced any significant cognitive dissonance. I make sure I take enough spirulina and drink enough water.
HOWEVER, in the last 7-10 days I have had MAJOR cognitive dissonance! I changed some Modules and for where I am in my journey I just got hit really hard with challenges to my existing beliefs/though patterns.
I am still not completely through it, but I do understand that the changes are for good. For now I am only watching once a week, and I know I will come out the other side a stronger person.

I think it's good to listen to what your body-mind is telling you about how often to watch...a month or two ago a friend of PATHS was having a really hard time, feeling very ungrounded, with waves of anger and fear and generally felt like she was going crazy. I'm pretty sure it's because she was watching her modules multiple times a day, and incurring too much change at once. Plus I think she had a few modules that might have been more paradigm challenging, as they say. She changed her modules, and things settled down after that.
I have experimented with watching my modules multiple times and had interesting experiences. Once I watched a total of 22 modules, one after the other (repeats of the 14 I had access to). It felt great, I was in a really deep state by the end -- a supernatural peace came over me and held very solidly for about 2 days, and then started to fade. But my body-mind made it clear to me to hold off for a few days before watching any again. And since then, I haven't really had the urge to do that again, even though it felt great at the time. I think I did see some speedier results in the week or two after as well.
Agree with Kevin that everyone's subconscious is unique, and the modules can play out differently for each person. I've had times when it felt right to only watch once a week and other times where everyday felt the best, and it depended on the mix of modules I had.
