    Hi, Everybody,

I've so enjoyed reading all these posts ... so much so that yesterday I bought my first two modules, mood elevation and successful living. I gave a lot of thought to what I needed most, and I figure that depression just sucks the life out of everything. If I wasn't busy hauling a depressed mood around, who knows what might be possible?

I watched the theater presentation and ... nothing. Just a frantic thought of OMG! What have I done! I've downloaded alien thoughts into my brain! (Wait 90 days? I want to be FIXED in 90 seconds!)

But this morning, I sang on my way to work, I greeted coworkers with a smile (and got puzzled looks as a response), gave a presentation without jitters and realized half-way through the day that, yep, sure enough, something changed. I felt better.

So I came home, and as I went about my evening chores I discovered that the elevated mood was dissipating. I began to monitor my thoughts and realized that I was back at the beginning, thinking depressed and depressing thoughts. So, I thought about it some more, ate a bowl of ice cream, and then ordered self esteen and weight loss (had to have that ice cream first).

And so it begins, the great experiment. I can't believe that I'm playing around with my brain like this. But I'm 57 and I don't want to waste time not feeling good if I can do anything, ANYTHING, to feel better.

I also do Holosync, level 1 CD2, and that has been helpful. And it was through the Holosync message board that I heard about PATHS. Someone said they work well together. I hope they're right.

I'll post results as they happen. I really feel I'm now a part of cutting edge technology.

    Carol

    Welcome Carol!

It is amazing how PATHS is subtle and can effect changes without any jolts...one moment we just realize it is working!

Remember to take your spirulina, and be prepared for lots of GOOD!

    Welcome!

    Have fun!

      Welcome, Carol!

      Hi Carol!

I am especially happy to see another H/S user here. I LOVE the combination of the two. And for the longest time, I resisted PATHS due to my using H/S and feeling that that was enough.

I became seriously intrigued when I witnessed the incredible changes being experienced by a member of PI with whom I had been cyber-acquainted since last summer. And, upon looking further, I realized that quite a few of the folks I enjoyed interacting with on the H/S forums at PI, are using PATHS with great results. I really believe that the brain entrainment already started via H/S somehow allows more/faster results when PATHS is introduced.

I occasionally have days (more toward the beginning) when I think that I don't really feel that different... then I look back over a week and notice subtle changes that can only be seen from the perspective of a longer timeframe.

      Best wishes to you!

      Love,
      Joy

          Aiming,

Hey if the ups and downs get too much for you switch the successful living (free to switch any mods you have once a month) for something else.

It is one of the more challenging ones.

I started on the self esteem and it gave me a constant high feeling but after I added the successful living 1 I had more ups and downs.

Very cool things happened, but it was not the consistant high.

Right now, I have switched the suc. liv 1 (after a little more than a month on it) to suc. liv. 2 but I may take a break from the series next month.

I'm not sure yet. I think it may be good to get some of the basic things taken care of first before embarking on the suc. liv. series. . .

I don't think I'm going to need the self esteem anymore. I used it about 9 weeks and have switched it out last weekend - still feeling great, about 95% better on that than before PATHS

I should have specified to switch to one that does not say anything about cognative dissonance in the description.

              Welcome, Carol!

              Hey Carol,

Just want to add my warm welcome to those of the others. I use Holosync too -- I'm at Level 4. One of the things I love about PATHS is that you don't have to wait so long to see really demonstrable results. I also believe that my years of doing Holosync prepared me for PATHS. I'm on 12 mods, getting wonderful results, some faster some slower depending on the mod, with very very very little cognitive dissonance. I had maybe one tricky week (and Gracie helped me with that).

You've done a beautiful thing for yourself. You won't regret it.

              love & hugs

My Thoughts on Successful living Series

                Hi again Carol and Jessica,

I just want to say that I did not find ANY of the Successful Living modules to be challenging at all, in fact, this is the first time I have heard of anyone finding them to be so... I found that SL1 did a Beautiful job of eliminating negative thoughts and doubts and did so very quickly. Successful Living 2 allowed me to feel filled with gratitude, and now, I am almost finished with SL3, and again, this module is EVERYTHING it is cracked up to be... I am finding that my visualizations are VERY specific now and when I think of what I desire, my solar plexus seems to quiver with excitement...I feel this wonderful glowing feeling and I have unquestionable BELIEF that all that I desire is Here NOW.

I also am taking the PATHS-Advanced Consciousness Science and Practical Applications certification course and the Chapter on The Three Minds discusses the SL Series succinctly. It explains how these modules specifically "address the concept of the collective by having the subconscious mind send out intentions at a very high repetition to the collective in order to more powerfully attract desired results based on the Law of Attraction." While it may be true that some people may experience some cogntive dissonance with these modules, I believe that this minor discomfort is worth dealing with. I also highly recommend SL1 as a "foundation" module to all of my PATHS customers as it quickly allows for more positive thinking and makes all those nasty negative thoughts and doubts vanish. The description for the SL series states that each module should be used for up to 90 days to be sure that the subconscious habituates to the instructions, yet I plan to continue each one for a month each on a rotating basis to be sure that my subconscious is refreshed with these most Precious instructions.

This series alone has changed my thinking and has thus changed my life in ways that are most beautiful and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone wishing to attract their dreams and desires....

                With Much Love and Gratitude,

                Pamela

                    Thanks for the welcome

Thank you all for the welcome to the forum. I feel very excited to be on this. Right now I'm on mood elevator, take it off, self esteem and suc living 1. I'm taking 6 g of spirulina, and I'm splitting it to 3 times a day.

I really do feel better. Already! It's incredible. I'm not immune to thinking negative thoughts, but I realize when I'm doing it and can make a decision to change them. I've been smiling a whole lot more.

My next intention: to magically get enough money to order another 4 modules!

                      Hi guys,

Just to continue the good conversation and sharing : It could be because of some physical trauma in my past that I found suc. liv. challenging.

If it has your subconscious use the past as ways to develop the future. . well perhaps it is for that reason that the suc. liv. is not as easy breezy as the other mods I was on before I added it.

For some reason the switch to suc. liv. 2 seems to have put me in not so much of an up and down situation (not that it was soooo up and down before, just more so than on PATHS and before the suc. liv.1 addition).

What I think also is that in develping new ways of thought, it can make you feel uneasy just because you are in unknown territory.

As I mentioned, I very much liked the results I got on the suc. liv 1 but after being on it a while I began to feel like I needed a break from the challanging times. Those times for me were a mild feeling like something bad was going to happen. . .and then nothing bad ever did happen and many good things happend. That's why I think it was just the uncomfortableness of the unknown.

I'm not sure why I feel better right now on suc. liv. 2. Maybe it is just not getting to as deep of a level yet since I have not been on it that long.

This also seems like a very good time to bring up something I have been meaning to post about the # of times I take spirulina a day.

After a little while on PATHS I posted that I was doing better taking the spirulina 3 x a day. More recently I saw a post that I have not been able to find again.

I think it was Roz who mentioned that spirulina can amp you up.

Prior to PATHS, I already had a bad habit of staying up late, just to get more time in a day. I didn't have trouble falling asleep, I was just stubborn about going to bed at a reasonable time. I would usually be very sleepy but still I guess felt I was getting more free time (outside of work) by staying up late, even if I could barely keep my eyes open.

But after I read Roz's post I realized taking the spirulina 3 x a day had me not only staying up late, but feeling very wide awake late as well.

I then switched to taking all my spirulina in the morning and have found my evenings and nights "softer."

I don't get the same rush in the afternoon that I used to but I prefer this.

I think it's sort of like drinking coffee late in the day. Some can handle it and like the rush, but for some it keeps them too amped too late.
