  • Swimming Module Discussion

    To help shed some light on the different PATHS Modules, and what they do, we will be posting the different Module descriptions in here so that you can share your experiences and ask any questions you may have about the Module. We look forward to your responses!


    This Module is designed to aid you in becoming the best swimmer you can be. Strength, stamina, and techniques such as positioning, grabbing, pressing and rotating are all addressed. You can also increase your coordination and lung capacity by using this Module.

    In addition to this, it can also help you to foster an attitude of confidence that will be of great assistance while practicing and competing.


    This Module can assist your mind and body’s ability to:


    Increase lung capacity

    Increase flexibility

    Increase stamina

    Increase self-confidence

    Increase muscle strength

    Increase positioning for speed

    Increase willingness to prepare


    This Module has 2 different versions: One for those above 18 and one for those who are less than 18. No alterations will be needed unless the child is less than 6 years of age.

    This Module is ideal for kids and teens involved in the sport, as it will help foster the physical and mental qualities needed to excel.

    Here is an excerpt from an email we received today:

    By the way the swim module has been awesome! I am training for a very important meet and my lung capacity is fab. This is one thing I have been working on improving for years without too much luck so this really shows me how well it is working. Also, I don't get as tired. My stamina is definitely up. Good work!
