  • what's up deal with the PATHS customer service?

    normally, when I email info@paths-vx.com
    they are quick to respond, usually giving me a reply within the next day or two.

    lately, I haven't been getting any response.
    I first emailed them two weeks ago,
    and I have followed up twice and there is still no response.

    is anyone else experiencing this problem?

    I have no problems getting through. What site are you signed up on?

    If you PM me your message, I can send it on your behalf in case there is something goofy with the email.

      Hi The Real Deal

      I e'mailed Paths customer support just the other day and got a reply straight away. I know sometimes e'mails encounter problems where you either can't send or receive from some addresses. So it may be Paths has got your e'mails and your response is sitting in the ether somewhere! So hopefully sending it via Aaron will do the trick.

        We respond to all emails we receive. If you are not receiving responses, this means that either we did not receive your email, or our response did not get to you, and you should notify us that you have not received a response so that we can fix this asap.

        In your case, the real deal, we have responded to several emails from you within the past couple of weeks, including one on this past Saturday. If you have not received this, please email us again at info@paths-vx.com and let us know.

          I'm having a lot of problems with this too lately... I keep not getting replies and then emailing PATHS and finding out that they actually did send a reply that I just didn't receive.

            There are several factors that could be contributing to not receiving a reply such as the email being directed into a junk folder or a mail folder reaching capacity.

            If you have checked all filters and keep your mailbox below full capacity and you just simply are not receiving the first reply, including this info in your emails so that they can send the reply twice may be a good idea.
