syncing modules

So I was wondering, since I have read that some modules will sync well with others to get supercharged results; do they have to be on the same theater or since I have two theaters (so far, we'll see what June's special is) will a mod from one work with a mod from the other??????

I don't think it would make much difference if they were in the same theater, especially if you viewed them both the same day....although, to err on the side of caution, it would not hurt to write customer service and ask them to switch your mods around so they were in the same theater.
