I have been using Paths for about 6 months and have been wondering for a long time if it is working. I am thinking of taking a break from Paths to see if I can tell a difference.
My sleep is better but I went from 3MG of Melatonin to 20MG also and cant help but to wonder if that is what caused the difference. I still don't sleep perfect and have insomnia from time to time.
One of my modules is for 'memory' and if there is a change it is so subtle I can not tell for sure if anything is happening. The same for my other modules.
No "profound" changes in my daily life for sure. Has anyone else been in this frame of mind?
