Is there music? Guided voice? Sounds of the ocean etc... Just curious.

And also, did it put you to sleep or in a meditative state. My problem is falling asleep instead of meditating all the way through. Wondering if anyone that has already used it managed to stay in the meditative state....

I had my first session this morning (and yes it is 30 minutes long, I was doing something wrong ) and it was great!

I am very excited about it because PATHS has created so many great modules already and this is the one I will definately appreciate being a somewhat advanced meditator

I find that very interesting because before this module, I too was shopping for meditation CDs and materials. How does this compare to what you have experienced so far?

Each month there is a new Theater. The sound track is different each month.

This month there are water sounds, along with a variety of other sounds, some audible to the conscious mind, others not.

There are no voices. There are RDT Generation II instructions embedded in the track, and these are personalized to the individual.

In our test group, less than 10% fell asleep while watching/listening to the Theater. The balance entered different levels of a meditative state.

I have missed out on meditation products before because they use 'binary audio' for which the user needs hearing in both ears - I only hear from one ear.

Does the PATHS Quantum Meditation operate in the same way?

I hope not. If it doesn't I'll sign up for it straight away as being a PATHS innovation I just know it will work.

We have had some requests to swap out a Module for the Quantum Meditation Theater, but it requires its own Theater as it is in a different format.

To sign up for it, simply log out of your PATHS website and go to the Quantum Meditation Theater Product and click on "Buy Now".

Follow the prompts and this will set up the new Theater.

You will not be able to add Modules.

Remember to use a different user name as this is a different Theater!

Hi Vic!

Since you can only hear out of one ear, the Binaural aspect will not work, but the RDT aspect will work.

Just listen to it in non-stereo while viewing the Theater!
