Wow ! Just ran through my first Meditation Theater. 10 minutes in my eyes stopped focusing, 15 minutes in I was asleep. Definatly still feeling the effects. WoW !

There are instructions to promote good sleep in the Quantum Meditation Theater, however, they are not the same as in regular Theaters. They are generally supportive as the regular Theaters sleep program is specific and modifiable.

Meditation

Hello All,
I have started doing the meditation. Question: should I be closing my eyes or looking at the theater?

Theaters are made for looking

Definitly open your eyes. A good portion of what you need is visualy buried inside the theater. You'll be missing alote, if you just listen to the audio. I'm new too so I can't give specific details. But I can say open your eyes, and keep a set of sterio head phones on. You'll get the full experience.

All the experienced dudes and Duddets, must be on vacation, so let a newbee muddy the waters just a bit more . Yes when medetating in a regular fashion close the eyes, be at peace, and may the spirits lift you. When using the Medetation theater , it is teaching / Training / assisting you, to be come better at medetating, and this requires that the instructions get transfered to your subconsious, via the visual theater. Also the sound track.
And one more medium, which I don't understand at all, yet.

So yes open eyes for theater, later close eyes for regular medetation.

PS: I'm no expert, but I hope what I have said is close to the actual.

When to Meditate in relation to other Theaters

I was wondering,, Meditate every day, thats kinda a given, though use the Meditation theater at lease once a week, like the other Theaters.

When I use that OTHER THEATERS, should I Theater meditate before, after, or does not make eny difference... like could have Theater Meditated 6 days ago, and it would still have some effect on the regular Theaters?

Ok, well, I guess the answer to all those question is 'yes'. but maybe there is a smoother, eh, more effective, eh best way to match the 2 theater sets?
