Anxiety
~No Need for Worry
This Module was created to help you to diminish the affects of anxiety. Anxiety is an unpleasant state of mind associated with fear, worry and a general feeling of nervousness. This is also often accompanied by physical sensation such as dizziness, shortness of breath, stomachaches, etc.
Once these symptoms are gone you can feel more positive and at peace and no longer feel threatened by daily situations.
This Module can support your mind and body’s ability to:
Increase healthy and happy brain chemicals
Calm and balance neurotransmitters
Reduce fear and worry
Increase confidence
Increase feelings of peace and calm
Reduce sensitivity to triggers
