Lately i've felt as if I was living in a fog... tired, no energy, irritable... Duh, classic symptoms for lack of Spirulina, is the first thought that comes to many people's minds. But I was already taking 10-15 grams per day, and thought that on one 4-module and one platinum, it would be excessive to take more. But I experimented by taking ca 23 grams today (comes in powder form so it's not exact). And I feel a world of difference!!! I feel fantastic!
So, just curious about who else has needed to take a huge amount of spirulina. Also, does diet matter, i.e. if my diet is poor, will I need more spirulina?
