Been Away A While ...

Hi Everyone

I've been away from here for a few months - so much going on with other stuff - so just wanted to pop in and say, I've still been thinking of you all, and although I haven't been here physically, I've been here in spirit

I've spent some time today, in between other things, catching up a bit on the posts here, which I've really enjoyed.

My Mum is visiting from South Africa (I hadn't seen her for about 4 years) so that's wonderful, and of course I'm making the most of it. We then spent Christmas with my sister in Madeira, which was fabulous.

Lots going on, which I'll share in more detail in the New Year.

Thanks for the reply, lovely to hear from you.
Things are going well, but very hectic. Still doing singing gigs, and still loving it. I've managed to manifest a New Years Eve gig, at a great venue, just down the road from where I live, rather than having to drive for miles on New Years Eve

My new accent website (which is one of the things that's been taking a lot of my time) is taking aaaages to take off, so I'm taking my foot off the pedal a bit on that one, and seeing what comes up synchronicity-wise for it.

Also, I did an audition (actually used the accent site for it - ordered a reading from Pamela Sweda for an "East Coast Amercian Accent") - and got the job!! That's a coporate acting gig - two days in America (Philedelphia), and two days in Europe, paying £250 per day (including travel days and two rehearsal days) plus of course airfares etc!!! .... which will enable me to fly back to LA at the end of March for another audition session for agents there again!!! Really can't wait for that! I SO love LA, and am determined to live there!

Once my Mum goes back to SA this weekend, I'll be able to catch up on everything, and be more active here again. I've got so much I want to do re sharing Paths, and am looking forward to getting stuck into it in the New Year as well.
