Here is an excerpt from an email we received yesterday:
My whole attitude on life is changing right before my eyes because of you. I have spent the last 40 years maybe even 42 years with negative messages, and self talk that has made life almost unbearable. I spent the last 20 years trying everything to change.
I want to thank you all, at 45 years old for the first time I wake up without the negative self talk and I have actually been seen smiling in the morning.
My son has noticed a big difference in me and I am not angry all the time at the world and myself. Thank you for giving me a new start on life.
