This is a big problem today. Folks really need something to hold onto to deal with stress. With all the information available make or break realities are fragile.
Stress countermeasures are required for everyone to effectively manage complex family, job, & individual needs.
Clinics are overflowing with wreckage of fine individuals who in certain situations have been push over the edge to failed health. Many compound their conditions with alcohol and food or drugs which make things worse.
There is help out there. This is one alternative. Diet and exercise another.
Religion and meditation keep the spirit grounded.

I find that my stress level is most definitely determined by what I am thinking about throughout the day and also how I view each situation. For example, I can feel my heart rate increase or my body tense up when I bring certain things to my attention. I can also relax myself by trying to change the way I think about things or put them into perspective and realize that they are closer to being molehills than mountains 99 percent of the time.
