My first week on PATHS. I absolutely love it. I'm on Mood Elevator, Self Esteem, Take It Off and Successful Living Phase 1. I'm taking spirulina, varying the amount, but about 8 grams.

My First Week Too!
In fact, yesterday was my first day. I'm so excited to finally be able to start. I'm only on 2 modules at present, Increased Business & Productivity & Successful Living 1 but I hope to add 2 more as soon as I can.
I don't know whether it can "kick in " within a couple of hours but yesterday I noticed that I was humming a tune that I had listened to earlier. I never hum, cos I can't sing for nuts, I definitely got bypassed when the gifts for singing were handed out, so I thought that was interesting.
On the downside, I barely slept at all! Although I am often a bad sleeper, have been since I was a child. I set my sleep times for 12:00am - 6:00am.I was aware of being in that pleasant drifting off state when I was ready to go to sleep but 15 mins later I was wide awake. An hour later I gave up & got up, went back to bed at 2:40 am, still couldn't sleep, got up again at 4:00 am. briefly. I think I must have fallen asleep finally for a couple of hours, although I seemed to be aware of my thoughts during this time.
I don't feel tired this morning though, I'm quite alert, so something must have worked.
