PATHS is just wonderful!

I have been on PATHS for 2 months now and I absolutely love it! I wish I had this 10 years ago!!!

It is doing everything I had hoped it would PLUS it does phenomenal things to my sleep! I am thinking about trying the Lucid Sleep and wanted to know what kind of experiences people have had on it.

Hi Kelli,

Sounds like you are off to a strong start with PATHS!

I have not tried lucid dreaming yet, but I have been tempted. I have always gotten very positive results with the built in sleep and I always end up adding something else instead.

I am sure someone else can talk about the benefits, and if you get on it, I'd be very curious to know what happens with your dreams..

Hello sweethappiness!

I love my current modules. I am on Mood Elevation which seems to have kicked in pretty quickly after starting. I was really looking for it to even out my moods out and get me more on an even keel which it did, but it also seems to be improving my overall mood which is very nice!

I am also on take it off shed pounds which I am very happy with , but since i got on that they introduced the Summer Makeover which I am also looking at now.

I am also on two of the business modules and the glorious glorious sleep!

overall, i am extremely happy with my selections and the results from them.

My future plans!

I have been using PATHS for quite a few years now...it only gets better!

PATHS has definitely made a very significant change in my life. I've now been on unconditional love, mood elevator, change of life and successful living for about 6 weeks. I am now peaceful and joyful the majority of the time. All menopausal symptoms have completely vanished. I find myself easily accepting of people and situations that used to irritate me. I also do self-work with other modalities - so it's not all PATHS.......but for sure, it's had a very positive effect on my overall feelings about life, myself and others. I also think the Blue Green Algae contributes to the feelings of well being in a big way.

My mother was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer about 5 weeks ago and passed away a couple of days ago. I spent a week with her in a very compassionate, loving way...and easily expressed my feelings. There has been NO STRESS. I am comfortably and peacefully coping with everything that arises. My mother and I were not particularly close but got along well.....so this was such an opportunity to share our love and strengthen our bond. I'm convinced that my decision to do PATHS was somehow timed so incredibly perfectly, that there has to have been divine intervention!!!!! I have no guilt, no regrets, no worries, no anxiety......and feel completely at peace. I feel very strong and very capable.....and very lucky to have decided on PATHS with such amazing timing!!

I am so sorry for your loss Debbie. It is so wonderful you had time to express your feelings to your Mother. You are a very strong person to be able to handle such a trying time so well.

Like you I am experiencing significant, positive changes with PATHS. I am experiencing great things from the mood elevation and I plan on adding successful living very soon.
