Paths information is blank in my theatres!

Today I noticed that when I play my theatres, the far right hand panel is blank, and the the centre circle is just an expanding and contracting coloured circle (there is no mist like there normally is). It seems that my Paths theatres are blank, they have the music and the expanding circle, but the actual information (as indicated in the right hand panel and mist inside the circle inside the circle) is missing! I tried more than one of my theatres, and they are all blank like this.

Has anyone else had this problem? How can I fix it? I have emailed customer service, but haven't had a reply yet. I am keen to watch my theatres and can't. Lucky I noticed this, otherwise I would have been watching a blank theatre.

Now it seems to have fixed itself again. Just goes to show that you should always check.

Just to update: customer service has advised that is due to my computer's (lack of) processing power. Its working fine again now.
