I have been on PATHS for about 2-3 weeks now, and I honestly cannot say that I feel anything different at all.
To be frank, I am disappointed that I cannot because I REALLY want it to work. I really do, I want to see all of the benefits outlined, I want it to work. However, I don't want to go months and months into it though to find out I am one of the people that it just doesn't work for, and then forfeit the refund guarantee.
Is there any way to speed things up?
I am taking about 6g-8g of spirulina powder every day. Not sure if it should be more or less, but I think this is an approximately good amount. I am on 4 PATHS but I don't feel anything in my brain telling me I might need some more spirulina.
I try and sleep around 12 and wake at 9, sometimes it doesn't work and I go to bed a bit later, but almost always I will get the required 8 hours of sleep, even if I go to bed at 2AM, I will sleep until atleast 10AM, so it makes up for the hours.
I just don't know what else to do?
