I don't seem to be getting a reply from customer service?

Earlier, I emailed customer service to change some of my modules. After a few days with no reply, I resent the email. Still no reply.

I'm not sure if my emails are getting through or not? Usually they reply within about 24 hours, which is why I am getting concerned.

Has anyone else heard from customer service lately? Maybe I just need more patience, but wanted to make sure.

I just sent an e-mail to them with a cc to an affiliate in my upline about this. . .

It does seem to happen from time to time. Maybe server problems or something.

Good idea to post here. I'm sure it will get fixed soon. . .

We are sorry that you had to resend your email. Occasionally this happens, so if you do not hear from us with 24 hours (sometimes a little longer on the weekends) please do what you did and resend.

I too faced same problem earlier i have sent them nearly 3-4 emails i didnt received any reply from them. But iam myself kept patience and i have waited for some days then again i emailed i have got reply from them sometimes it may be happens due to which may be our email wont reach them so we should keep patience so that our problem get solved.
