I've been experiencing fast results on some modules and slow results on others. I've had really fast results with the Mood Elevator, Confidence/Self-esteem Builder and the Eff. Communication in the Workplace module. I've had moderate results with the Ultimate Body and slow results with the Take It Off module.
I've been doing a lot of thinking about why this is: Why am I simply not an HSR all around? I want to be! lol. Here's how I think it breaks down for me: I've put a LOT of time and energy prior to Paths and since Paths on raising my mood and being happy and peaceful. I also spend a great deal of time each week at work and have been working hard to be agreeable, cooperative and productive with my colleagues.
I'm a hardy farm-girl at heart, so building muscle hasn't ever been something I've really thought about alot, but I've always been strong and resilient. I've barely given any thought to my weight though, except to chasten myself and tell myself I have to do better.
In other words, I have focused a lot of good intentions, good energy or neutral energy into the modules I've seen the most success with. I have focused on my weight in particular with negative thoughts and negative energy. Mostly unconsciously. That's part of being a girl, I think.
But now I'm aware of it. Now I can consciously choose my thoughts and I'm going to practice on making my weight thoughts positive, full of gratitude and vitality. I think it will make a difference. I'll be working WITH the Paths module, instead of against it.
