I am still working on it. It is blowing my mind time after time.
I keep underlining, reading, re-reading, going back and putting it all together.
There is so much in this book that I knew, but I had no basis for knowing it other than experience and common sense.
(and I have had my head handed to me on a platter by "learned people" more than once for not being able to offer any "proof")
I am now learning how what I have "known" works, and also that there is much "scientific proof" of it.
To really simplify it, so far-at page 137, the entire book is just explaining the science behind the milliena old proverb:
As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.
Understanding how & why this simple proverb works is quite interesting!
