    Clear Skin Module

I looked, but couldn't find a Clear Skin discussion, so I pmd Kevin and he suggested I just start a new thread, so here goes...

My son Cory (16 1/2 yrs old) has had pretty bad acne on his face, shoulders and upper back since he was 14. Additionally he has had a recurring rash on his lower abdomen - possibly rosatia.

I put him on the clear skin mod about 2 weeks ago and we started seeing results in about 8 days. His mother noticed his acne was looking better and asked him what kind of soap he was using at my house. He seems to be ahppy as he comes over and either asks if he can watch his 'mods' or just does so without asking (one of the few things... ).

So far his rash has not been affected. Does anyone know if the clear skin module can address this issue also? If not, any suggesstions?

    Thanks much!!!

I sometimes find a correlation between a food intolerance and skin conditions. The most common ones being animal milk products and/or wheat. Also a lack of omega 3 oils may be a factor, so either eating fatty fish or supplement capsules may help. You may want to get the above tested to get a definitive answer.

Yeah, I'd like to know what the Dr. says about that rash since it could be really seperate from the other acne.

My dad gets skin problems if he has any milk, but I'm pretty sure it's not specific to one place like that.

          Wow!

Wow that is awesome Glenn! I wish that module had been available when I was a teenager! Or for that matter, in my 20's too!

            Thanks Alan

He had a full range of allergy testing, including common foods - all negative. Traditional doctor stroked his chin and called it rosatia and prescribed something with cortisone which we never even bothered to pick up at the pharmacy. He gets a fair amount of omega 3s - but not consistently. There is some correlation between the rash and where he wears his belt buckle so it could be some sort of toxicity reaction to metal (he's taken to wearing a rope for a belt).

When his acne improves further, or his rash starts reacting, I'll post some more on this.

Has anyone else had any successes with this module?

In that case I would check for metal toxicity and also check liver function/energy because that deals with toxicity and also the bowels which eliminate toxins which is the 'internal' skin which is linked to external skin You can try a local kinesiologist / Touch for Health practitioner to have the above assessed.

You may need to check for things like cooking utensils and what kind of pipes you have in the house etc, to find out where a possible toxicity is coming from, to which the belt buckle is the straw on the camels back showing up as a symptom ... 'if' it is metal toxicity

                Psych-K

                Glen,

During one of the latest podcast I heard, I came across the psych-k technique. It is a basic motor response access system towards the subconscious. The interview was with the founder and had some really interesting applications. One of them were the issue of allergies. One can ask specifically the sub conscious which food or substances produce allergic reactions.

I have been experimenting with it based on the very little information given from the podcast and the website. As of now I can only scout for yes or no responses, none the less, I have found the system to be very consistent. The model is also so simple and clear that it seems to be fool-proof of miss-interpretation or conscious "projection" , errors.

Fascinating stuff, I will be attending the workshop in mid-july. In your case it sounds like you should be able to use it to poke around and get at least a direction in regards to where the problem might stem from. As of yet I don't have enough experience to vouch for the validity of the information, as such I would not rely on it for a diagnoses in full, but more of a directional tool of focus.

I wish you the best of luck. I am very happy to see a person that is passing these values of self and LOA to the next generation. Awesome stuff.

                  Toxicity

Hey Alan - We visited a local spiritualist healer. She was pretty effective, but the rash came back in time. We have tried a few other natural remedies, which work for a while. It seems to have stopped spreading at least, remaining the same size for some time now. A naturopath energy physician said it might be stress related, but otherwise there were no serious problems to address.

Cory is quite laid back (mellow) and doesn't get out of sorts easily. Living in two homes (two different worlds, sometimes) for most of his life is quite stressful, but he managed to adapt at an early age and play off the different parental mindsets to his advantage - at least until I got tired of that and made adjustments. Now he just sort of goes with the flow.

Hopefully, and this is my gut feeling, he will grow out of it.

Het blulq - thanks for the links. I'll definitely them out tomorrow (gotta get some sleep or I will be doing this tomorrow:

On Father's Day, I had a conversation with my dad's new (a year) girlfriend. Turns out her son is into Shnaja Yoga, mediatation, Tai Chi, energy healing, martial arts and more. He gave me the cell phone number of his mentor, who healed himself from a severly broken back and is again back to teaching martial arts and healing. I'll be talking to him about my whole family! I'll let you know it all shakes out.

                  Cheers!
                  Blessings on the journey, Glenn

                      One More Thing

                      Glenn,

I just remembered to mention that essential oil of lavender is very soothing on skin. You can apply the oil directly, or get lotion with lavender in it. I prefer the oil directly.

Tea tree oil is good for a natural antiseptic but might be harsh in this situation, especially if it is not caused by bacteria or something like that.

                        Hi Jessica,

Thanks for the lavendar oil tip - we have used that and others, it worked pretty well. The tea tree oil is a bit harsh.

I must say, this module is RAD.

I can't believe how much better my skin looks. My face is glowing. Red spots from old acne are fading, pores on the nose are disappearing, breakouts on the chin are gone, and even the dull purple undereye area no longer needs concealer.

                          This is a minor miracle.....
