    To help shed some light on the different PATHS Modules, and what they do, we will be posting the different Module descriptions in here so that you can share your experiences and ask any questions you may have about the Module. We look forward to your responses!



    Eat Right
    Eating for Your Health




    Product Description:

    This Module is designed to aid you in controlling an overactive appetite. By lowering your desire to eat when it is not needed, and becoming more in tune with your true dietary needs, you will be more able to select portions and foods that are most beneficial for your body.

    Because there have been reports that this Module can act as an appetite suppressant, it is only for those who are 30 or more pounds overweight. When you reach a point within 5 pounds of a healthy weight for your body, you must notify us so that we can change out the Module.




    This Module can support your mind’s ability to:


    - Increase your ability to select healthy foods for your body


    - Increased ability to select healthy portions


    - Desire to only eat when your body needs food





    PATHS Theater Presentations utilize messages and cues to energetically reduce stress blockages pertaining to the specific areas of the Module selected.

    Persons taking Spirulina and a Multi-Vitamin while using the Eat Right ~ Eating for Your Health Module generally experience accelerated results. Most people begin experiencing positive transformations within 2 months of beginning PATHS.

    Incredible changes, even with just 1/3 of this module

    About 3-4 weeks ago I had my platinum updated to include a section with just part of the Eat Right module: Increase your ability to select healthy foods for your body. This portion of my platinum also includes instructions to help me choose which supplements are best, and tailors it all to my specific health goals of healing skin, improving athletic endurance, and ability to avoid known allergen foods without having to rely on willpower. I am on Ultimate Body too, without the GH as I found that aggravated my acne, but that was just sort of generally supportive until I added the part from Eat Right regarding choice of foods. The results have been some of the most obviously felt and swiftly changing that I have experienced with any PATHS module or custom topic. I was already a fairly healthy eater but something was "missing." These instructions are changing everything!

    Here are some of the wonderful things that have happened:
    • After the first viewing, I lost all desire for Red Bull-type splenda sodas and really strong coffees.
    • I was able to easily give up two foods that I have been allergic to and known about for some time, but wasn't very good at avoiding. I have way more insight into what is good for me and what is not, by being more aware of my physical and emotional response after eating different foods.
    • I am feeling the need for fewer of my expensive supplements, and added a couple that pack a lot of benefit for me for the price!
    • I am spending less money on groceries and putting even less packaging waste into the recycling and waste streams.
    • I am discovering new foods I like.
    • I am beginning to feel a sense of groundedness and reserves of strength well up from deep inside me (that I thought were gone), and my skin is glowing and clear.


    I think everyone should give this a try. It is allowing me to do for myself what no doctor or book could tell me how to do. Incredible!

      Here's a lot of what I discovered as a result of this module. Finally, an explanation for the low moods and icky beliefs about myself that drove me to try things like the Self Esteem module:

        Congratulations Belle!!! Great News!!

        I have to say I've also been amazed at the results of this module. Since moving to England I found a Major increase in my intake of cakes, crisps, chocolate, pizza etc. Must be the colder climate I didn't really pay much attention at all, and found myself eating out of habit and just because it was there etc.

        After adding the Eat Right Module to my Platinum, it's absolutely incredible. I'm quite happy to not eat crisps and cakes and chocolates. And when I do feel like a cake or chocolate, I'm happy with just one bite! AND - I'm even happy to cook pizza for the rest of the family when they want it, sit with them while they eat it, but have something healthier myself!!

        I'm lOving salad, tuna without oil or mayonaise (completely unheard of for me before) and I'm actually noticing what I'm eating now - I'm much more aware!

          What a marvellous coincidence, all day long today I was thinking about posting my Eat Right results here ... so I come home, log in, and what's the first thread I find? Oh, how very convenient for me!

          I was on this module for only three months, but that's all it took to completely revolutionise my eating habits of decades. And believe me, they were bad. Really bad.

          My worst habit - one of many, but we don't have all day here - was my big, piggy, carbo/starch addiction. It was awful - I look back at my old eating habits, and I shudder. I was out of control. I couldn't stop with the pasta, potatoes, and rice, and was more than capable of eating my way through a whole pound of spaghetti in one sitting - and then going back for seconds! And even thirds, on special occasions! Naturally, most of it was comfort eating. My original carb addiction started in my sad and lonely mid-teens, so it was a pretty well-established habit by then.

          Well, just the other day I realised that I hadn't eaten pasta - or any other starchy foods - for a couple of months, so out of sheer curiosity I deliberately cooked up a huge pot of the stuff, together with my favourite sauce. It looked pretty good.

          I sat down to eat .... and I tried, I really did, but I just couldn't muster up any interest in the stuff. Oh, I did my best to revive my flagging desire (the memories, the good times, the decades of sticking together through thick and thin) but I'm afraid that I'd just lost that loving feeling, and nothing could bring it back. Yes, I know, sad, but what can I say? These things happen. When it's over, it's over. I can't live a lie. And I'm sure that Mr. Spaghetti has no shortage of other admirers, anyway. He'll be fine.

          As for me, I've moved on to a new love now - Fish and Vegetables!

          Belle and Illusions, thank you so much for posting your results! I wouldn't have bothered posting mine otherwise, because I thought I was the only one. I wish others would post their results, too, it would be so encouraging for the rest of us.

                This is one of my favorites!

                Although I am not 30 pounds overweight, I spoke with PATHS and they said that this Module would be good for my (severe ) cheese addiction, so I added it.

                Its been about a month and I can proudly say that I have not eaten any cheese except for fat free cheese in the past few weeks. This may not sound like much but I would never have touched the stuff before. It was sac religious! Cheese is supposed to be deliciously fattening! But now, I really don't mind at all. In fact, the thought of eating regular cheese is kinda gross.

                THAT is a miracle for me.

                Also, if you ask anyone who has spent a good deal of time with me, they will tell you, not only of my (prior ) cheese addiction, but also that I eat more than any human they have ever known.

                I like food, but I was just always hungry. Now, this is not really the case. I'd say I am at a "normal" level of eating. And my grocery shopping bill has gone down quite a bit!

                And a nice development from this is that I have lost 5 pounds!

                    Hi everyone. I wish I could report such results. I think I need to give it more time, but I have been eating like a cow, and not so healthy either. I'm just not sure what to do. Maybe there is some other issue that I am not considering that would help with the eating well.

                      Hi Georgia,

                      I haven't been on this mod but how long have you been on it?

                      In the FAQ part of the forum, there are some trouble shooting pieces of advice.

                      I actually like the cellular health mod. for this issue.

                      Once I went on it, I got really interested in learning about alkalizing for health and read that fat can be a way of the body protecting from being over acidic.

                      But if you haven't been on the mod too long, I would say give it some time. In the FAQ section you will see that there can be some ups and downs, especially with certain modules, until you're on track.

                        Weight is tricky

                        Those are great results Belle, Ahimsa, Odille & Rin. I've been particularly interested in looking at weight issues & belief systems surrounding weight gain for a while now. I think these are great modules which the majority of people will gain great benefit from but for a small minority, of which I class myself as one, there appears to be other issues coming into play.

                        Out of all the Paths modules that I've tried so far the 3 weight / eating modules have been the only ones that I have experienced absolutely no success with. From my experience with my healing modalities I know that there are many different & varied reasons & beliefs someone holds / gains extra weight & it is not always obvious. So I think weight issues can be a bit difficult to have a "one size fits all" approach in a Paths module. I don't mean this as a criticism, just pointing out for anyone else who maybe hasn't experienced success that there is probably other underlying beliefs systems getting in the way. There is only a limited amount of "space" in each module for the instructions so I imagine that it would be very difficult to include sufficient instructions to cover all situations in just one module.

                        I'm also not 30lbs overweight but I have been gaining weight over the past several months. I tried Eat Right, Ultimate Body & Take It Off this year (not all at the same time ) so that I could experience them for myself & also have a better idea about them so that I could refer my customers to them. As it turned out I did not get any change from these modules that I could notice at all - my eating habits stayed the same,as well as the choice & size of meals, & I had no inclination to increase exercise. In fact, I continued to gain weight!

                        I'm not a huge eater but I know I need to get more regular exercise & I have a bit of a sweet tooth. I tend to opt for something sweet rather than savory if I have a choice. I have changed any obvious beliefs around myself & weight with my Theta healing but I know that there must be a much deeper issue from a different angle that I need to burrow down to find & explore which is preventing these modules working for me. So I plan on booking a session with myself soon!

                          I feel for you Sharyn! This is a big interest to me too. Weight issues are really complicated, esp for women, and has been getting worse the past few years. Emotional issues and body acidity are essentail to deal with.

                          We could all make a long list of contributing factors to why weight gain is so prevalent now, and loosing is not just smaller portions and some exercise!!! here's some random thoughts, mostly from Ayurvedic pt of view:

                          Malabsorbtion, not digesting fully and lack of nutrients, so people are literally starving while eating a lot (look for 'scallops' made by imprints of teeth on side edges of tongue).

                          No prana (life force) from environment, food water and air... esp soma (the cooling, nurturing, stabilizing component of prana) which keeps metabolism down and nervous system stressed if not destroyed. This causes acidity and can explain when someones is acidic even when avoiding meat, sugar, coffee etc. If someones nervous system is burned out they'll get that jagged crack down the middle of their tongue. If too much EMT pollution has destroyed their prana...pulses will be sooo low. BTW, EMT is called Indravajraavijanya in sanskrit and talked about in texts 3,000 yr ago! (from lightening strikes during monsoon season)...treatment is the same!!! Considered the most damaging pollution to the body! because prana is so important.

                          Stress keeping the body in 'hold onto resources, incl fat crisis mode'...esp for women.

                          Of course having all the channels blocked and congested which everybody has, plus crabby liver so things aren't moving through.

                          Any processed food is full of chemicals that MAKE you gain weight and crave stuff; (how about this new one that turns off the taste receptors for bitter...going in everything so you just can't taste the nasty chemicals they put in!)

                          How you breathe (needs to be deep), what time and how you eat (big meal at midday, little at night, full focus when eating); when you sleep (early and rt # hours). Exercise before 11am sets metabolism for the day.

                          Most toxins are fat soluable so stored in fat cells, and to get them out we use olenation (using fat) before cleansing.

                          The Ayurvedic veiwpoint of immunity its called ojas and made from that soma, and reserves are held in the abdominal marma pts. The area is called 'korma'...and is a stabalizing strengthening element...that everybody's deficient in now, and everybody is gaining in the middle now....so maybe we're getting fatter there to make up for lack of reserves.

                          Also everyone is getting super vata imbalanced and vatas gain in the middle.

                          To say anyone needs a multi-pronged approuch to loosing weight is an understatement for sure!!! I'm sure you guys can add more 'causes'! If we recognize any that may be affecting us, maybe can help solve the puzzle.

                          I have a few pounds to loose after an injury...and being 'a certain age'! So, after I do some other modules, and the stem cell I'm on for my eyes does its pleasant side effect of fixing damaged cartilage in my foot(!!!!) so can exercise better, I'll be focusing on this issue too!!

                            Hi Nancy,

                            Thanks for the info! I've had ayurvedic medicine come to my attention a few times in recent weeks. I also just saw a great documentary about it a couple of weeks ago.

                            I always find it so interesting to hear & learn about other modalities that people are doing.

                              When I first joined Paths, I tried some of the weight loss modules, but to no avail... As you sharyn mentioned! I then switched my focus and started dealing with other issues and sat the whole weight thing on the back burner for a whole year! Then after dealing with a ton of other issues and peeling off many layers of upon layers of issues... I suddenly felt compelled to deal with my eating habits and added the "eat right" module to my theatre... Whoaaa! I imediately made drastic changes to my diet, as in if I eat sweets... I get physically sick with either a migraine or sitting on the bathroom floor in front of the toilet praying it will... well yea! I also can no longer eat shrimp, which is also not good for us to eat... I tell you I get so physically sick that sweets now for the first time in my life disgust me!!!!

                              The result has been in the last few weeks I have lost at least 15 pounds without any effort!!!!

                              The point is that the modules work perfectly when we are ready to peel off that layer of ourselve and not any sooner. When the time is ready, you will be able to use the proper weightloss module for you to get rid of the weight you need to loose. Also you said you did not have 30 pounds to loose, soooo the thought did cross my mind that if you have some pounds to loose, but in the universal mind you are at your healthy weight... Then maybe you would not loose weight???? Just a thought! I believe that the so called Ideal weight is not necessarily a healthy weight, but that we each have our perfect weight that has nothing to do with anyone elses weight!!!
