I started this module at the beginning of the month and I am completely loving it already.

I always considered myself a positive person which might be why it took me so long to do this one.

But now I'm thinking so positive without having to make effort.

One example of how I think this affected my outer reality :

I use a blender every day for this alkalizing powder I take in a shake. I was super bummed bc I broke it.

Then I got the idea to get one of those mixer wand things that mix right in the glass.

I found one for less than $30 and I am over the moon about how much I love the thing. It is quieter, much easier to handle and clean, takes up less space, and I waste less shake. Plus it can be used to foam coffee and many other things.

I mean I know that whole story could have happened to anyone, on PATHS or not, but it's just I am really happy in life these days

      Positive Attitude and Vitality Warning!

      Hi Jessica!

I just want to pop in here to tell you that I used this module last year for quite awhile and I absolutely LOVED it, so I know what you mean!!! It made my sense of humor go Over The Top and I found myself doing a great deal of laughing! In fact, on many occasions I would laugh so hard that I would snort my water out of my nose!!! And you gotta admit that snorting water out of your nose is NOT the most feminine or flirtatious thing to do , so if you plan on having a date in an elegant restaurant with some hot guy, you really should watch yourself, okay Honey? If you feel one of those outrageous laughs coming on, just make sure you swallow that water FAST or hightail yourself to the ladies room before any embarassing water-snorting occurs!

      With Much Love and Gratitude,

I've found that this has definitely taken the edge off my sarcasm and grumpy attitude toward situations like long lines in the grocery store. It is kind of nice to get out of my usual M.O. and I think it is definitely helping my SLP-1 work for me a lot better. I feel a lot more easygoing.

          Great to hear Belle

Now Pamela this sheds a whole new light on a certain giggle fit which took place at the PATHS conference in Vegas. I caught your laughing fit from across the room and I wasn't even on that mod then, but now I'm thinking YOU were.

I'll never forget the look Aaron gave us when he was ready to get back to business

I've always been prone to laughing fits, is that a problem?

              Oh, Yeah!

              Oh, Yeah, Jessica...

You can bet your bottle of spring-water that I was on the Positive Attitude module last year at the PATHS conference in Vegas!!! And NOW you've got me remembering why I was laughing...

Before the conference, Grace and I would always be Skyping and talking about anything and everything and during this time, we discovered that we both found Jerry Seinfeld reruns hysterical and we would often say to each other "Oh, remember this one?" and then have a big laugh over something one of the chartacters would do in a particular scene... One of our favorites was when Jerry and Elaine had an obligation to go to a piano recital featuring one of George's girlfriends...I guess George guilted them into going and neither one of them was too happy about having to attend this event. So while sitting in the audience and trying to appear attentive while she performed her classical piece, Jerry reaches into his pocket and pulls out one of those Pez dispensers and puts it on his leg with the little face on the top of it facing Elaine... As soon as Elaine looks down and sees it, she starts to grin and tries very hard to stifle her laughter, but to no avail... Before you know it, the both of them are laughing their heads off, disrupting the recital and George's girlfriend is completely humilated...

So, back to the conference... I remember that it was later on in the afternoon on Saturday and we had been in that conference room since 9:00am with just that break for lunch, so we were all getting a wee bit tired and hungry... At that time Aaron was speaking and we all know how our most wonderful and beloved Aaron can sometimes get that motor he has in his mouth to go on for quite a long time and I really think that on that afternoon he was testing some Very Advanced renewable energy battery for that delightful motor of his... Even though we were all enchanted with what he was saying, I have to admit that I was starting to get a little antsy when all of a sudden I remembered that I had brought along on the trip a special little gift for Grace who was sitting next to me at the conference table. So I reached down into my handbag and slowly pulled out... Yeah...you got it...A PEZ DISPENSER !!! I then put it on my leg while quietly nudging Grace to look at it... As soon as she did, she started to softly laugh and I had all I could do to not snort water out of my nose right there in front of everyone! Of course I did my very best to stifle my laughter, but it was pretty apparent and Aaron, I am sure, was somewhat disconcerted and puzzled by my misbehavior and he just kinda looked at me and then gave his little "Aaron laugh"...You know...when he goes "Ah Ha.." Somehow, I managed to calm myself down without causing any further disruptions, but as I said in my last comment to you...You REALLY gotta WATCH yourself with this module!!! So Belle...as you can see, I really LOVE laughing fits also, but they CAN be a wee bit of a problem if they occur at inappropriate times!!!

Hey Aaron...Thanks for forgiving me for that momentary infraction! I will do my very best to not let it happen at the next PATHS convention!

Has anyone else used this module?

I am going to be switching to this one, along with mood elevation, based on Grace muscle testing this to be strong for me. Just wanted to hear more about what others have experienced using the Positive attitude module, to get an idea of what it can do for me too. Thanks everyone for your time!

I love this module! I was only on it for a few months, but it has made me very happy and very popular with friends and clients alike. It seems that no matter what happens in my life, I always manage to find the silver lining in every cloud, rather than the other way around (which is how I was for decades). People are very attracted to my cheerful, positive "can-do" attitude, and want to hang out with me. I've never been this popular in my life!

Today I learned that certain friends have fallen out with each other, because they were competing to spend as much free time with me as possible! Obviously I'm not too thrilled about the situation, but it's an indication of how highly I am regarded as a friend.

By the way, a great adjunct to this module is a wonderful channelled book called Living With Joy by Sanaya Roman.

                    Thanks Rin!!!!!!

So glad to hear about your experience with this module!
Its only been 3 days so I dont know yet.
I still am feeling cranky right now, so I will give this module atleast 3 months.

                    thank you so much RIN!

It is so great to hear all the positive results from this mod. I have only been on it for about a month so some days are good and others are really bad. I am using this with trauma free so it seems like it is working on a whole bunch of stuff. Look forward to all the positive changes.

Has anyone experienced any cognitive dissonance with this module? Especially for people who were quite pessimistic before....

It's not surprising if you are getting cog-dis. Grit your teeth and hang in there! My first couple of months on PATHS were sheer hell, and there were times when I nearly quit the whole thing. I'm glad I stuck it out, though. My life is great, and it just gets better and better.

Even now I still get mild cog-dis when using certain modules for the first time. I actually welcome it, though, because - like morning sickness in pregnancy - it passes eventually, and the end result is so nice! Hope this helps.

I haven't actually started this module yet, but I am drawn to it. To me it seems like the natural progression from Mood Elevation (which I have been on for just over 1.5 months and plan to be on for a while longer).

yes it helps so much RIN!

THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYONE FOR POSTING.

It helps a lot to read about what others are going through or went through while using the modules because with all the cog dis, it could be challenging.
