The sleep modules are designed so they help you sleep when you close you eyes and try to sleep.
In other cases, you may feel a bit drowsy at the sleep time, but a sufficient amount of adrenaline from either social interaction, or a need to do something important can over ride PATHS.
Thank you for your reply. I hope I can overide my sleeptime because I mistakenly put in 11.45am instead of pm, so I'm due to go to sleep at work I've asked PATHs to amend it though
Another option is the unlisted "flex sleep" program, which is for people with irregular schedules. So whenever you lay down to go to sleep, your brainwaves will start lowering instead of at some predetermined point. It is not as strong as the regular one but is better than not having a sleep module at all.
We caught your sleep time of 11:45am and adjusted it to 11:45pm when your order came in.
Regarding weekends, changes in schedule, etc.:
The Sleep Modules are made up of several components.
One is to help one feel relaxed and predisposed to go to sleep at the time decided.
Another is help one feel energized and predisposed to get up at the wake time decided.
Both of these are easily overridden by your conscious mind choosing otherwise, so you do not have to worry about falling asleep in the middle of a party.
Other components are encouraging optimum sleep cycles, including sufficient deep relaxing sleep where the optimum amount of growth hormone is secreted and where the immune system is operating at its peak.
There are also 5 different Sleep Modules:
1. The standard, which is the default when you sign up.
2. Extra Strength Sleep Booster, which you can request by checking the box when you sign up.
3. Flex Sleep, which is specifically designed for those with erratic sleep schedules (firemen, paramedics, pilots, law enforcement, etc.). This can be requested by emailing us at info@paths-vx.com
4. If the Extra Strength Sleep Booster is still not enough we have an even stronger module that can be requested by emailing us at info@paths-vx.com. It is suggested only for those that have tried the Extra Strength Sleep Booster along with Melatonin and still find themselves laying in bed counting sheep.
5. We have an even stronger Sleep Module, it is appropriate for less than 1/10th of 1 percent. It is very strong and the few who have tried it, that did not need it, found themselves to be VERY Groggy, even hours after waking.
Thank you very much PATHS and Aaron for your replies and info on the sleep modules. When I have had time to experience the effect of the sleep module I will then decide if it needs to be changed to one of the other options.
Thanks PATHS staff for amending my sleep time so promptly.
