Visual & Auditory Instructions

I have a question please ..

I know that the same instructions of a PATHS module are incorporated visually and auditorily ...

.. I always watch my PATHS theatres while having my ear phones on ... so i am getting both the visual and the auditory instructions ..

my question is .. sometimes while i am watching my module, somebody comes and talks to me and i turn my head and talk to them while still listening to my module but not watching .. so i end up watching some portions of it but listening to all of it - if that makes sense, ..

am i still getting the benefits in that case ? or should it be when u start "watching" u should keep "watching" till the end and when u start "hearing" u should keep "hearing" till the end and when ur doing "both" it should be "both" till the end ??

I would appreciate the answer to this, as this frequently happens to me ..

There was another (possibly two?) discussions about this somewhere - but the forum has grown sooo much, not sure where that thread is.

PATHS can be viewed by deaf people - they would of course just watch the video. Also, it is recommended that if you have a hearing impairment you should turn the sound completely off and just watch.

Blind people, or visually impaired people can listen only.

You can get the same effects either way.

As for being interrupted while watching/listening...
The instructions for your module are slightly different each time you watch. One day you may get all or just part. The next time, you may get a different part. I am probably not the one to detail why and how this works, but suffice it to say that our subconscious minds are connected to our theater instructions and we influence what we see each time we watch - even before we log on!

Therefore, if you get distracted while watching - don't panic! Not only has your subconscious mind already received and integrated most of the instructions already anyway, but you will get what you need each time you watch.

Additionally, if you watch your theaters regularly, you are simply reinforcing what has already been 'transmitted.' I used this example on the other thread:

The more you watch your theaters, the more your subconscious will recognize and integrate (accept) the instructions therein. It's like listening to the radio very softly (as you might at work or in the car sometimes). Most of the time, you aren't really paying conscious attention. But every so often, you'll catch a bit of a song you know so well, you can hear the lyrics, melody, etc in your head. You could probably sing along even though you couldn't hear it very well.

The same thing happens with your mods. Your subconscious becomes so familiar with the instructions that all you need do is glimpse the video or half listen to the audio and you subconscious will fill in the rest (although, this is less than ideal over the long term because eventually you will lose some coherency).
