Ultimate Irony! 
PATHS RDT technology is a huge breakthrough in utilizing computers to communicate directly with an individuals subconscious. (read: we have a very talented computer staff)
However, the last week we have been brought to our knees, several times, by plain old, simple email issues.
Short version:
1. We have attempted to upgrade our email system several times over the last week.
2. Each time there have been goblins in the commercial software packages we used.
3. Last night, on our 4th different email software upgrade, it finally appears to be working well!
(the next several days will show that to be true or false)
We currently have a little over 200 emails that have not been answered. We will have them all answered by early Monday morning (April 2, 2007).
We also know that there are emails that have been sent to us that we never received. If you do not have a response by Monday morning (April 2, 2007), please resend your email.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, and we appreciate your continued patience.
