For anyone who is having problems viewing their New RDT Generation II On-Line Theater Presentation, here are some things to be aware of:
Restarting your computer before viewing can help the Theater to load better.
Make sure no other programs or applications are open when going to view your Theater.
If the Theater gets stuck while loading (the white bar stops moving for more than several seconds), refresh your page.
A program called Zone Alarm can hinder the Theaters ability to play. If you have this, either disable it or uninstall it.
Using a different browser program can help. Try Mozilla Firefox or Safari. These can be downloaded free online.
