    Are you on the Extra Strength Sleep Booster? If you did not select the Extra Strength Sleep Booster option while entering in your personal information on PATHS, then you are not!

    The PATHS Extra Strength Sleep Booster was created for people who have trouble falling asleep and sleeping all through the night... And the best part...It's FREE!

    Either the General Sleep Module or the Extra Strength Sleep Booster (if selected) is included with every order. We do this because good sleep is essential in the role of basic health, and without it you would not be receiving the optimum benefits from PATHS!

    If you are on the Extra Strength Sleep Booster and STILL are not sleeping well, we recommend supplementing with Melatonin.

    Melatonin is a natural chemical produced by your brain when you are going to sleep. While most people's bodies have the capacity to produce sufficient melatonin when in proper balance, some people's bodies simply cannot produce enough melatonin, thus leading to sleep troubles.

    If this is the case then you need to take between 5 and 20mg of melatonin 15-30 minutes prior to going to bed. Start out with 5mg and work your way up until you are sleeping the night through.

    Melatonin can be found at most health and vitamin stores.
