If you are having trouble viewing your Theater Presentation, there are a few possible causes:
PATHS is PC compatible. It will not work reliably with Apples. Any version of Windows will work.
Make sure that you have at least 512 MB of RAM. It will work, but not reliably, with less RAM.
If you have trouble viewing the Theater presentation, either open a new browser and login from there, or restart your computer to clear out any memory conflicts, and then login. (hibernating is not restarting-actually turn the computer OFF)
OR
The theater presentation uses cutting edge technology to deliver large amounts of data to you. You should make sure your running the latest version of flash that is available for free at www.macromedia.com.
OR
It is possible that a computer may have too many programs or spywares running in the background, taking up all the memory, even if you have just restarted your machine.
Make sure that your computer is virus and spyware free, this will not only allow your Theater presentation to run smoothly, but everything on your computer will run faster. (you can get an excellent spyware buster called AdAware for free at www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware)
