How are you all? I hope you've had an awesome start to the year so far.
With the start of each new year comes new hope and a great sense of belief that things can and will change in our lives. We often feel like it is a fresh start. Many of the people I know feel very strongly about this year being one in which their lives will change dramatically.
However, insanity has once been described as doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. If we want to generate a dramatically different change in our lives we must be willing to do something dramatically different.
