What are some activities you can do to exercise your personal development? Thanks

For me, I try and do the following each week...

    1. Meditation - 20-min twice a day each day - this not only helps with relaxation, tends to give me better perspective on the stresses, setbacks and challenges faced daily

    2. Exercise - not exactly personal development, but I find exercise improves energy, self-confidence and overall health which is an important base for personal development

    3. Learn a new idea, concept or technique each day - this can do with my business, relationships, health or personal development iteself - idea is to keep learning and don't settle for what you know right now

    4. Practice gratitude. No matter what mood I wake up in the morning, I have a list of things I am grateful for that I update regularly - I repeat these to myself each morning before settling into work

    5. Goals - I update these monthly and review them daily to help stay focused and motivated

      1. Ready Daily for 30 minutes.
      Some great books to read:
      - Psycho-Cybernatics (By Maxwell Maltz) - Success/Self Image
      - Think & Grow Rich (By Napoleon Hill) - How to get rich blueprint.
      - Start With Why (By Simon Sinek) - Influence/Money/Business
      - 4 Hour Work Week (Tim Ferris) - How to Become one of the "New Rich" / Money / Business / Inspiration / Motivation.

      2. Listen to Audios for 30min Daily.
This combined the reading will change your whole thinking and life in 30 days if you apply it. When you starting to fill your mind with great stuff, you will start to think different, act different and take different but the right actions towards your goals. Some good guys to listen to:
      - Jim Rohn
      - Tony Robbins
      - Bob Proctor
      - Jack Canfield
      - Les Brown

Then of course all the stuff the previous guy said as well.

Try this for 30 days and tell me your life did not change a bit.

      /Anders

Add this to a recommended reading list:
The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson

It will inspire and motivate you to keep on moving forward even when you can't see results. Build the momentum. Change WILL come!
