I spotted an article that discussed about being an effective leader and it is true that we have to be aware of our behaviors and relationships with others to become one. There are a lot of articles online that are giving different pointers. But, I'm interested to improve my skills in being a competent leader. By the way, Are you familiar with any assessment and workshop tools that could help me discover my potentials? I'm really curious. I hope that you can share something similar to that. I presume that I needed that to improve my performance in work as well as the possibility of a promotion soon. Your thoughts please?
