How thought provoking...Happiness and joy is our birthright. Yet, so many of us (myself included) often struggle with the positive emotions that should come so naturally.

What I find most interesting about the words in this post, is that even though I've read them, and even though I KNOW the message behind them - really well - I still sometimes catch myself following "shoulds" instead of "feels good".

Excellent book! Read it many years ago. loaned it out but never got it back.
