    Have you suffered before from a panic attack ?

    You have to decide to overcome anxiety depression, you have to break the worry-habit.
    Place it in the normal size ,and ask your self what is worry? It is only an unhealthy mental habit and ,you don’t born with it but simply acquired out of practice. The good news is, we can eliminate it from our lives successfully.

    That is the simple natural depression techniques that I follow to eliminate Anxiety Depression:

    *free your mind of pessimistic thoughts and negative thoughts, particularly before sleeping and after waking up.

    * Fill your mind with powerful thoughts of peace and love and success
    to fill up the vacuum now left in the mind.

    *you should learn the art of relaxation every day , take ten minuets every day to meditate and to make your mind more relax , take your mind in a trip and enjoy the inner peace.

    *learn the art of enjoying what you do , and make it a habit , if you can’t really do it then search another way to live with joy, some people always fear of change, but really if you try to make a really decision of changing your life to what you love , you really
    feel free and happy I promise you, it can really help.

    *Say “NO” if you can’t do this, a lot of people are shy to say( no ) if someone else ask them to do something and they can’t.

    *Laugh more! learn the art of laughing . Watch a comedy show or a film. that can reduce stress , mind like pleasure and enjoyment .

    *Do one thing at a time. You need to enjoy what you are doing, not just the results of your efforts, write a list, focus on your tasks and work through your list.

    *Enjoy the nature and feel your tensions dissipate, for a while , take your self in a trip ,discover a place of green, some flowers and beauty, learn to love your self, you deserve it, Listen to some soothing music you like. Soak in a nice warm bath. Simply take a break from your stressful workload and spend the day just goofing around doing the things you love.

    *try new ways to do the same thing you do , may you can discover new ways who can helps you to success .
    *speak in positive way about those things you spoke in negative way
    really I try it my self and it can change a lot .
    * be always with optimistic people.
    *stop your thoughts immediately if you feel a negative thought hack
    you.
    Keep your stress levels down to avoid panic attacks and to remain as healthy as possible. Every one likes to be happy, and panic attacks Prevents the life you desire, Recent research have linked experiencing panic attacks with an increased chance of actually having a heart attack in the future.

    If you have had a panic attacks before, then you have to know the past causes of your panic attacks and change it so that you can help yourself to avoid similar situations in the future.
    The love and care expressed by others could really boost your immune system and fend off illnesses.

    We feel so good when someone pats us on the back and encourage us some times , now encourage yourself daily, feel the power that god put in you , don’t wait others to make this.

    No one says that things will be automatically changed overnight. No, it may takes time, anxiety depression can be overcome and you too can be worry free if you believe in your mind you can.

      Wonderful Light7. Great ideas!

      I will add a note. Having been a sufferer of severe panic attacks and anxiety most of my life, and having completely (and I mean completely) eliminated them, I will give you my personal keys to possibly alleviating the problem.

      First of all, you are not crazy.
      Secondly, sometimes a positive attitude is simply not enough.
      Third, there is a very physical component, a very physical reason why you are anxious and panicky - the body is uncomfortable. Why is the body uncomfortable? This is the key and the part of the puzzle you will have to figure out.

      Some panic attacks are phobias that are truly triggered by past traumas. I'm not going to talk about those types of panic attacks. For those, you'll need professional counseling.

      I'm talking about generalized anxiety and panic that tend to rule your life. Here are some hints that you can follow up on yourself:
      1. Have yourself checked for food allergies. Mine are beans/seeds/legumes/whole grains - these are prevalent in many people.
      2. A systemic yeast problem (which can be brought on by use of antibiotics and for which there is no medical test that I know of) can cause a lot of generalized anxiety.             Unhealthy mental habit? Perhaps, perhaps not since so many foods as well as substances in foods cause both anxiety as well as depression. Fighting what you call unhealthy mental habits while at the same time eating and drinking stuff that cause energetical/chemical imbalances in your seemingly physical body will not work.

            Why not simply consider what you call mental/mind, as the inner side of your seemingly physical body, like a subtler frequency than those electromagnetical and chemical substances that seem to be a solid body?

            Your "physical" body's health is a very good indication of what's going on in your mind, and it is the other way around too.

            You could start in the other - "physical" - end and raise your cholesterol levels, eating more saturated fats and proteins, (and perhaps avoiding gluten, casein, msg, aspartame, soy foods and so on too) and just trust your body -

            Plant oils/polyunsaturated fats cause hypothoreosis, a cause of depression, mess with brain chemicals that cause depression, blocks hormones needed for emotional and mental health, harms the intestinal cells, another cause of mental and emotional ill-health and so on. If you read the facts on the listed sites you'll discover this for yourself.

            I know what I say is contrary to the official correct nutrition, but as you will see there's countless of research studies backing this up; eating lots of carbs, in particular grains, and/or polyunsaturates and/or trans fatty acids, etc cause any so called mental or emotional condition you can think of.

            Foods are energy too, something people turning "spiritual" or towards looking at everything as energy have a habit of forgetting.

            In chinese medicine this same info is reflected in the idea of the lower "oven" (dan tian) governing the mind.
