I, too was wondering why it got so quiet on this ME thread. I miss the excitement. But I'm sure everyone is busy reading or practicing.

I know how you feel about not wanting to think about or express the negative so as not to attract more of it. But sometimes you need to process all the "junk" before you get to the good stuff. And what better place than here!
I tried the Zpoint that Ann suggested yesterday. I read the statements in the morning and didn't really feel anything. But then later on in the day I started to feel better. I think there is something to this.
I dowloaded "The Bridging Technique Playsheet" from the Zpoint site.
Try it and let me know what you think.

Hey Stephen! We miss your wonderful energy! Are you out and about 2 pointing! Hee..Hee...I've been practicing my 2 pointing and I think I'm getting better at it. Except, I'm not sure of what exactly we are suppose to be thinking about when we have the 2 spots. If it's a painful area, do we think about "healing" the pain or think about the area before there was pain? Or not think at all?
