I really like Steve Rother. His message in this one starts about 6 minutes in.
I am finding this message really helpful. What I am getting from what he is saying is that now is the time to expand our energy even though it feels uncomfortable.
Because in these times when we do this, and make an effort to energetically harmonize with the other energies around us, it will lead to lots of healing.
He is saying it's all about harmonics now, which seems similar to a lot of other threads here
