I was wondering if somebody could explain to me how to "let go" when you really want change. Dr. Bartlett says that you need to "let go" and "trust". And there's also this concept that what you think about repeatedly you bring about. Well, you need to stay focused if you want something... so how do you walk that fine line between letting go and staying focused?
