Hi Kevin, welcome back
Frankly I don't know how they do it! I'm at 9 minutes, a personal best
for the initial S1 - S4 only because of some good advice. Yours will I believe help bring my time down even further (thank you!
). It's the aols & trying to discern data like "smell" that add just a bit of time to my S2 & S4 as well. Oddly, although I've been going slow in my practice to get the structure down, I've had ok results & the faster I go the worse they get. But I'm going to take it on faith and just go fast looking for the S6 data... oh yeah, the good stuff!!
Assuming one averages say 7 minutes per S1-S4, we are looking at 4+ movements prior to an S6 transition. So, Initial, top of target & then an optional position or two....
Never hurts to hear it again, I need the positive input!
Yes, I meant the ideogram, how does four reinforce over three?
Apologies for my ignorance and many thanks for the guidance!

I know you have heard it a thousand times...but it is like riding a bike...in the beginning it seems daunting, but after enough practice you don't even have to think about it. It is ez.
