I include this in the paranormal area as the state that I am in when I do it is the same as when rotating the PSI wheel. For going on probably 15 years now I have been able to rest without breathing. This rest is very different from sleeping as you are semi alert and most often I find the rest more refreshing than actual sleep. The period I can go for without breathing would seem limitless though I have probably not exceeded an hour or two. I appear to suffer no ill effects from the practice and instead would seem to gain only positive. I feel extremely relaxed, one pointed and open. When I relax in this way on sunny days I can feel the light around and are able to move my concious outside to take up a volume of space.

Yin or Yang
Hi Aaron or anyone could you please tell me whether Yin or Tang relates to my ability to not need to breath and if it belongs to one in particular. I read the a thread on electric fluid and was particular impressed by Chang.

It just go me thinking that i may be out of balance and that if i balanced these aspects out more it might rid me of some health issues i have had since young.
If you could recomend some books that would be great as well
I would appreciate any help

Am I understanding your post correctly? Are you saying that you can go for close to an hour without breathing, or introducing oxygen to your blood in any form?

No breath
I am not sure about the introducing oxygen part as my nostrils are never closed however as for breathing yeah it is not necessary. It may be due to my metabolism. I am not sure. When young i noticed that if i focused on something in an indirect sought of way i guess like a gaze that you could stop it. I use to do this with pain because i was ill when young. I soon learnt that you could do it with anything even the urge to breath.
On an interesting side note the other night i was sitting at my desk and s voice said fluiric acid. Normally i ignore the voices which pop up now and then but thought what the hey. It turns out it is a poison and that they treat it with calcium glutamate. It turns out that they give calcium glutamate to people who have the symptons that i developed as a child which have progressed as i have gotten older. Not missing the irony i ordered some calcium glutamate of the net. God knows if it was just pot luck or will do anything but for the sake of 20 bucks what the hey.

Speak to doctor
Yeah thats what i thought. I have told my doctors and they do little, well nothing. I guess when you say something like "breathing is not necessary" of course your going to evoke a certain response. Hell I realize its a big ask now. I was talking to my family yesterday about it and they dont believe me either. I got into a heated discussion with one member in particular not so much because he didnt believe me but because he was close family and simply didnt take my word for it. It it was someone outside the family sure i could understand. In the end i realised that you can only expect so much from people. I kind of think the turn of the 1900 humans dont seem to ask as many questions. I can remember in the 1980s everything was still possible and all was one big question. Programs like arthur c clarke, ripleys, and thats incredibel were very common. People wanted to know about the world and it was entertainment to discuss it. It is just not that way now. People want everything already digested and served in nice little consumable packets. I read that according to the older teachers youth are getting progressivly dumber.
As for the breathing thing it dosnt seem to effect my health, not that i am sure i would know. It is not sleep apnia or anything.

I must say, I wouldnt scientifically have the first idea as to how it would be possible not to breathe that long, however our lungs are not the only way we ingest oxygen. It very well may be possible in that meditative state, your body may be breaking down ingested acids in such a way that it releases the oxygen molecules....Or you may simply be able to slow the activity of your body as a whole that just the amount of oxygen flowing through your nostrils alone is sufficient.
a bit off topic - I completely agree with the tail end of your last post. In my opinion, its very scary to see how uninterested the average person is in such topics or of science as a whole. I believe the culprit is television, TV has dumbed down humanity to such a point that you cant make it though an hour of a news channel without hearing about what britney spears is doing...

John Kitkoski could breath hydrogen
My friend John Kitkoski, a super mega genius, hooked up a tank of 100% PURE HYDROGEN into a mask and breathed it nonstop for almost an hour and was totally fine after. He has done that many times.
Normally, anyone would be dead in a very short time.
Beforehand, he took a solution of his own concocted electrolytes, trace minerals and a few other things and he body was releasing oxygen from within his body in his bloodstream. These electrolytes are the most electrically potentialized electrolytes in the world. It is common to open a bottle of these, twist of the cap and if your finger was touching any of the liquid towards the top of the cap, you would get a shock...LITERALLY.
He died several years back - unrelated to the hydrogen demo! Wore himself out. Worked 20 hours a day 7 days a week almost. That is not an exaggeration.
Here is his company's website:
John Kitkoski's Life Balances Program: Home Page
His sister runs it now.
At the bottom of that homepage, you can see a few books talking about Kitkoski including the landmark book Infinite Mind by Dr. Valerie Hunt - she said it was the method of the future!Last edited by Aaron; 12-06-2008, 09:20 AM.Sincerely,

Sorry he passed. He seemed like he was really living on the edge though, mixing intense concoctions and breathing hydrogen.
You say he worked himself to death, what type of work was he doing that killed him, or was it just sleep deprivation, fatigue, etc?

John Kitkoski
Hi Gary,
He worked obsessively at his office(s) learning, teaching, researching, doing his business. His main thing was chemistry and he knew it better than the authors of biochemistry books and actually caused some of the biochemistry books at one of the local schools to be changed because he proved their "chemistry" in their books wrong. He was VERY persistent.
Besides chemistry, he was something like a few classes away from the equivalent of like 5-6 different PhD's. He just wanted the knowledge...didn't care about credentials.
One of my best friends here that knew Kitkoski for years and gives Kitkoski credit for saving his life died on Monday. I'll post about this person soon when I can. He was as much a genius in other things and was one of the most influential people in my life. I knew Kitkoski more casually than this other friend but it was this other friend that I was with on many of my trips to Kitkoski's office.
Anyway, Kitkoski simply didn't take care of himself and just focused on helping others with his program. Workaholic, stress, fatigue, not enough good sleep and not the best diet. He was always cheerful and happy around me but I know he had some battles towards the end with someone trying to steal his company's work, etc... that took a lot out of him. He died about 6 years ago and it was a monumental loss because of his incredible work that not enough people know about.Sincerely,
Aaron Murakami

Hydrogen and Television
Yeah i definitly think tv has something to do with it. I also think a part of it is that it has become stupid or uncocia to ask questions or challenge the status quo and if you do there must be something wrong with you.
I honestly dont know how it is possible either to stop breathing. Its funny though over the past few weeks i have beeing making an effort to breath more as i would not breath allot during the day specially when deep in thought. Something unexpected came from this that i didnt know i was missing until now and that was time. Breathing provides a background flow of time to which everything around me that i experience is applied too. You have know idea how big a difference this make in experiencing day to day reality. Rather than everything feeling discontinous and sepearte it feels like one.. It puts me in the now which i have never experience before not without effort atleast anyway. Oh yeah and i also feel more inflated which i know sounds weired.
I recall reading something about a person who would using electrolysis sepearte water into hydrogen and oxygen. He would then pass the hydrogen through a negative ionizer chambe. The result was this super hydrating gas so you could hydrate your body by breathing which is cool

He does sound like a truly amazing person. So sorry for him passing. I could only wish to know someone like, he must have been a great role model for those who have a real desire for knowledge.

dmonarch.
Are you saying you are not breathing at all for an hour?
The current world record for a human holding their breath is around 17 minutes. To exceed that in any form or fashion would truly be a feat.
The best way to tell if you are drawing no breath at all is to do it underwater. That is how the people who go for the record have to do it. If you can stay underwater for an hour without breathing (and of course stay alive), there will be many people interested in seeing it.
