Dean & Project Camelot: Underground city on Mars

Two whistleblowers, both formerly involved in secret research and development projects undertaken by US defense agencies, have independently verified their secret teleportation to US bases on Mars, and to meeting intelligent Martian extraterrestrial life. Their accounts are now available on the Internet, and can be seen below in this article.

One of the whistleblowers, Arthur Neumann, who until recently referred to himself as Henry Deacon for fear of retaliation, was formerly associated with a U.S. government agency,

On July 25, 2009, at the European Exopolitics Congress in Barcelona, Mr. Neumann publicly stated, “There is life on Mars. There are bases on Mars. I have been there.” The following day, Mr. Neumann participated in Futuretalk, a Project Camelot documentary interview, in which he provided details of his teleporting to a base on Mars and participating in a one-hour project meeting, which was also attended by representatives of an intelligent civilization that lives in cities under the surface of Mars.

The other whistleblower, lawyer Andrew D. Basiago, is a former child participant in a secret time travel project launched by the US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). In a six-hour interview released August 31, 2009, Mr. Basiago “relates his experiences in DARPA’s Project Pegasus during the period 1969 to 1972, and describes probes to past and future events that he took via teleportation and chronovision during the early days of time-space exploration by the US government.
“He [Mr. Basiago] confirms that the United States has been teleporting individuals to Mars for decades and recounts the awe-inspiring and terrifying trips that he took to Mars in 1981 after he was tapped to go there because he had teleported as a child participant in Project Pegasus.”

Mr. Basiago has also publicly confirmed that in 1970, in the company of his late father, Raymond F. Basiago, an engineer for The Ralph M. Parsons Company who worked on classified aerospace projects, he met three Martian astronauts at the Curtiss-Wright Aeronautical Company facility in Wood Ridge, New Jersey while the Martians were there on a liaison mission to Earth and meeting with US defense-technical personnel.

Arthur Neumann’s verification of the existence of bases on Mars, and of having personally been to Mars, occurred at the end of Command Sgt. Major (USAF retired) Robert Dean’s presentation at the European Exopolitics Summit and can be seen beginning at 54 minutes into the presentation (above).

During his presentation, Robert Dean showed satellite images of an apparent city under the surface of Mars, as well as an apparent base on the surface of Mars.

There is no way to prove these guys are spinning us a line of goofy, but in my mind they are spinning a yarn and having a bit of fun.

In 1970 they met Martian astronauts?

And this guy was teleported to Mars....and of course he explains exactly how this was done, right?

I view it as disinformation at its worst.

Everyone can decide for themselves, but...

But after seeing Basiago's and the other's interviews, i would say this either "true" (or mostly so, as bizarre & unlikely as that sounds lol), or a deliberately & carefully done professional dis-info campaign (something like they ATTEMPTED to do to us with the "mylow" thingie a few months ago, but which failed for them). In fact i think the latter is a fairly high probability.

I say this because Basiago's story is too "pat" too well-laid out, precise, and detailed to be the ramblings of an insane person (i listened to a 6-hour radio interview where he told his entire story). Plus he checks out as an actual lawyer. Neither of these guys are really asking for money. What cash they would get from doing these Project Camelot UFO lectures in Europe (with only a couple hundred attendees) would barely pay for their travel expenses.. So their motive, if "liars", would be simple dis-info to discredit "PC" and discourage their followers.

It even makes sense that if "PC" was quickly growing over the last 2 years, possibly with some actual whistle-blowers coming forward, that they would be targeted this way by NSA or some other org. We will see in a couple months, because if this was the motive, the next shoe to drop would then be to expose one or more of them as charlatans somehow once they had reached maximum interest.

Another thing they would do is try to make their story sound CLOSE to someone else's, whether that original story was correct or not. Liars would try to get in as much previously-heard & believed stuff into their story as possible as correlation.

Or, it may not necessarily be to damage PC as much as it would be to discredit and confuse the recent stuff about Mars and Phobos having archealogical artifacts and monoliths on them. Recently, there was Buzz Aldrin, the Apollo astronaut, saying in a mainstream interview that these intelligently-made objects do exist (and on our moon as well), in a plea for us to have manned exploration of them... And then there is the "faces" on Mars being claimed to be "real" by the former Chief Astronomer of the Navy. Both of these guys are difficult to counter using the usual "derision" methods... So such a "dirty tricks" psy-ops operation would be needed.

The timing would be right to have such a disinfo campaign to counter that Mars info: How this scenario works is that they bring out really weird & totally bizarre stuff that discredits ANYTHING to do with Mars in people's minds... So when they hear the REAL data, they just ignore it as more B-S .

It is Byzantine thinking lol; but this is how these folks think & operate. To them, it really is a "War of Ideas".

And as far as how we fit into all of this... Imo, we should realize that it is a "war" also; since we are the "Enemy" being targeted, lol. Otherwise we are just "Bringing a knife to a gun fight"

I have done a little TRV work on Mars 5-6 years ago. Not much, just a few sessions.

The area I was TRVing did not have any life forms present at the time I was TRVing.

The area DID have intelligent life form created structures and electronic technology present at the time I was TRVing.

It was interesting, and a little surprising to me. I did not pursue it, there is so much on our own planet that is much more interesting and useful to know about!

I have not researched anything on the claims mentioned above, therefore cannot have any relevant opinion.
