I almost hate to start this thread after what happened (or didn't happen ) last Oct 14. But has anyone here heard anything about Nov 27, 2009?

I first heard this date mentioned back in the summer. Since that time, I have heard it mentioned again from other physical sources (as opposed to channelled sources).

There is a great deal of speculation that on that date, President Obama will hold a two-hour televised news conference. Supposedly, the air-time has been booked since the summer and this is to be televised internationally.

The purpose of this news conference is to announce to the world that not only do civilizations from other planets (galaxies, universes, etc) exist, but they have been in contact with some of Earth's leaders for many years.

As preposterous as this may sound, it is thought that at this news conference, Obama will introduce several beings from these extraterrestial societies. Apparently, they look very much like Earthlings.

Has anyone else heard about this?

*WE MENTIONED IN PART 4 OF THIS SERIES *that the appearance of the Comets
Kohoutek and Hale-Bopp had considerable significance in regards to the
influx of energy that carried in our precious Star Children. What is being
introduced now is the concept that events and occurrences which transpire
within realms that are not visible to the naked eye can be and often are
symbolically represented within the physical universe by icons depicting
power, hope, or (for example) peace.

In the transit of these two Comets, there was the time-released portrayal of
one solid wave of energy that was streaking across our perceptual universe,
offering strength and momentum to anyone who cared to hop aboard.
Apparently, there were many souls who genuinely desired to accept that
proposition.

I speak about the first generation of Star Children as “Transmutators. " We
differentiate this term from the term "Transitionals, " which has been
previously used to describe the Baby Boomer generation who gave birth to
these exceptional kids.

*In Cycles of Three
*The Transitionals have been the focal point of our discussion thus far.
They were brought in, generally, between the years 1945-1957. They are
called the "First Wave." In our bodies, the matrix of the new cellular
organization began to form. In some of these special individuals, the entire
compliment of mental and cellular "software" was delivered and installed for
usage during the upcoming planetary alignment. These were Baby Boomers who
were assigned more specific roles of assistance during the Grand
Acceleration about to come.

The "Second Wave" was comprised of all those souls who came in between
1968-1978 (or thereabouts) . The first to be officially considered "Star
Children," most of these beings were fully equipped in their mental
apparatus for adaptation on our planet as we shift in vibration from Third
Density to Fourth Density.

It takes approximately 20 years for a soul to progress through the
Preparation and Initiation stages of transformation. Many of the Baby
Boomers began to awaken between 1965 and 1977, about the time their children
were born. Of course, these are only approximations and some of those who
awoke managed to hit the "snooze alarm" and took a side road into religion,
avant garde philosophy, or some other outward system of personal
orientation. Many others may have already been awake from the beginning of
their journey.

Those Baby Boomers (and also some older societal members as well) who didn't
resist the influx of Spirit have become the Foundation Grid for the energies
that were to follow. They anchored and grounded the influx of
electromagnetic forces, as did the Wise Men who watched the heavens at
Jesus' birth.

*The Final Three Generations
*If the "Second Wave" are referred to as "Generation X," then their
offspring have been called "Generation Y." The letter used to delineate
these outrageous youngsters is very appropriate, indeed, to tell us about
who they are and what they came here to do.

If the watchword for the "Gen-X" kids was restraint, the term used to
describe the "Gen-Y" kids would be 'curiosity.' These youngsters simply love
to know! They ask questions (Y, Y, why?????), they compare and contrast
nearly everything, and generally do as much as they can to activate and
challenge their conservative parents. Generation "Y" kids like to leave no
stones unturned in their quest for enlightenment and fun.

The "Third Wave" of Star Children, Generation "Z," was brought in around the
time of the Harmonic Convergence (1983-1993), and the entire Energy Gate
closed with the disappearance of the Hale-Bopp Comet. Their "position" of
observation centers around the harmonization of facts and viewpoints that
are now contained within this glorious Oneself. In essence, these kids are
expert integrators of energy. Spirit even goes so far as to refer to
Generation “Z” as “Peacemakers of the New Millennium."

*The Stages of Transformation
*As has been said, a total Transmutation Process will take around 30 years.
This period has been generally divided into three fairly equal segments
lasting about 10 years each: Preparation, Initiation, and Integration (or
Blending). The Baby Boomers began to awaken, more or less, about 20 years
into their cycle (1965-1977). The Second Wave SC began their conscious
journey somewhere between 1988 and 1997. As we have said before, these dates
are only approximations, based on the underlying patterns and assignments
revealed by Spirit. As usual, exceptions to these patterns also abound.

Finally, the Third Wave Star Children will come online between 2008 and
2017, about the period where time (as a means of counting and organizing
life) will cease. Many channels agree that the time frame for that shift is
about December of 2012. The future is not set, however, and these
estimations continue to remain reasonable guesses, based on the vibrations
at hand.

*Time to Watch, Time to Play
*We began our exposition about Baby Boomers by referring to them as a
generation of "Watchers." Since all of the subsequent generations sprang
from the seed of these "Peeping Toms of the Multiverse," it only stands to
reason that all the generations of our Star Children will, at some point,
want to exercise their options to stand aside and watch as well. Provision
has been made for that.

Each person in all three of these generations features two sides to him or
herself, a duality of design that is a fulcrum upon which he moves and
functions. The first side of the brain is called "The Ground Crew," and it
consists of "Watcher" elements that are present in full array, resembling
all the perceptual and experiential techno-finery of the Houston Operations
Center at NASA.

The other side of the brain for Transmutators is called "The Test Pilot,"
and it contains some very interesting and startling aspects to it. The first
of these is absolute and total imperviousness to pain or discomfort. This
quality will be of great importance during the most difficult part of the
shifts to come. Achieved more through focus than de-sensitization, this
quality enables the individual to channel almost all of his or her attention
into one or two main targets, leaving a bare minimum to mind the basics of
physical function.

The focus of concentration in "The Test Pilot" part of the brain can be
narrowed to a pinpoint, which serves as a kind of astral BODY, and will be
used during the practice of Remote Viewing (a point-to-point search engine
for information in or around the planet). It will soon replace our former
concept of Astral Travel.

At this point, humankind will discover the whole truth behind the famous
words: "He who thinks a thought has already done the thing he is thinking."
We will then eliminate the separation that has existed between the
“theorization" and "actualization" of ideas. We will begin our journey into
the glorious Multiverse-Realm of Infinite Possibility.

By expanding the basic criteria for valid existence within the universe, we
can increase the population of Earth by a million-fold, without adding one
ounce of physical mass to it. We’ll forget about deciding what’s “real” and
what’s “just part of our imagination.” Remote Viewing and Inter-Dimensional
Transit have been with us since the beginning. Full knowledge of these tools
will eventually remove most of the limitations that exist within the
personality of humankind.

As the reader can surely see, the incredible change that lies ahead of us
will easily overtake the changes that have come since the year 1900. Though
few could have predicted how far we have come, we still have a monumental
distance to go as a species. Our Children are the hope of our future, in
more ways than we could ever have dreamed. As we become more familiar with
their unusual nature, and seriously begin to consider how to support them in
their awesome task, a curious peace will fall upon the Baby Boomers.

Humanity needs desperately to let go of our struggle. The Star Children do
that quite naturally. When our hands relax, their hands will surely pick up
the slack. In this regard, we really can call them “slackers,” can’t we? But
only in this regard. They’ve been busy on the inner planes, and they soon
will be busy on the outer planes as well.

I saw mention of this somewhere. Thought it was you or Sharyn.

I would hope something like this would happen because the whole
planet needs a wake up call.

I just hope it wouldn't be used to scare people into believing in an

What was most interesting to me was a repetitive sentence that he said to me over and over again during the approximately four years that I had the opportunity to work with him. He said the strategy that was being used to educate the public and decision makers was to use scare tactics That was how we identify an enemy. The strategy that Wernher Von Braun taught me was that first the Russians are going to be considered to be the enemy. In fact, in 1974, they were the enemy, the identified enemy. We were told that they had "killer satellites". We were told that they were coming to get us and control us-that they were "Commies."

Then terrorists would be identified, and that was soon to follow. We heard a lot about terrorism. Then we were going to identify third-world country "crazies." We now call them Nations of Concern. But he said that would be the third enemy against whom we would build space-based weapons.



The next enemy was asteroids. Now, at this point he kind of chuckled the first time he said it.

And the funniest one of all was what he called aliens, extraterrestrials. That would be the final scare. And over and over and over during the four years that I knew him and was giving speeches for him, he would bring up that last card. "And remember Carol, the last card is the alien card. We are going to have to build space-based weapons against aliens and all of it is a lie."

Perhaps Sharyn did post something about this Aaron. We are both watching and reading about this possible event very carefully.

I had first heard of it from the Project Camelot site. They had a conference over the summer in Barcelona I believe. It was there that this date was first mentioned to the best of my knowledge.

David Wilcock had also said he had been hearing of a planned disclosure by Obama. Apparently, three different and independant high-level sources have confirmed the Nov 27 date to him.

Web bot is predicting a major event to take place on Oct 25 which may be the pre-cursor to the Nov 27 announcement. However, web bot does not have a great track record in its predictions.

Finally, SaLuSa, channelled by Mike Quinsey, has always been very conservative and has never named dates. This past Wednesday SaLuSa said formal disclosuse would occur before the end of the year.

All in all, there are many strong indicators from many diverse sources that this announcement could indeed transpire on Nov 27. Once again, it is time to play the waiting game.

Googling "Nov 27, 2009" in quotes brings up 20,000,000+ hits.
But only displays the "most relevant results" of 589 links out of
20 million

Seems rather odd to be scheduling an announcement in the middle of a holiday weekend.
One of the days of the year when the most "out of
the home" events are going on, when the most number of people will be
unable to watch the announcement due to attaining another event.

Technology Predicting the Future

Web bot is predicting a major event to take place on Oct 25 which may be the pre-cursor to the Nov 27 announcement. However, web bot does not have a great track record in its predictions.

1. With loving greetings, this is Matthew speaking on behalf of all souls at this station. You have been waiting a very, very long time—far longer than you are consciously aware—for the momentous occasion on your near horizon. For several years various messengers of the light have been telling you about the spiritually, intellectually and technologically advanced civilizations surrounding you—soon you will hear this truth from persons in your world whom you trust and respect.

2. Members of the highest council that designed the master plan of Earth’s Golden Age have been observing the pace of flux in the collective consciousness, and they have agreed that the day is nearing when the presence of your celestial brotherhood must become widely known. There are “open windows,” universally speaking, that offer the leaps in consciousness and spiritual clarity that enable a civilization to ascend into a higher density. These windows have opened for Earth’s peoples before, but they closed because the darkness that permeated the planet prevented the peoples from looking up at the stars instead of down at “feet of clay.” This is the time of another open window, and as ordained by the Supreme Being of this universe, Earth will fly through on her way into the higher densities where love, peace and harmony is the basis of life. The tenacious resistance of the dark minds among you has managed to keep a lid on the massive deception that has kept the peoples in bondage for millennia. The dark forces knows it has lost the war for global domination, but its battle continues for individuals who have not heeded their souls’ intuitive messages to “see the light.” The current strategy of the puppets of darkness is to stir up anger, confusion and divisiveness—the antithesis of the spirit that can see and seize opportunities for benevolent change—and even as tiny bits of pervasive corruption and depravity seep into headlines, a great deal still is operating to keep the masses deceived, suppressed and consciously asleep.

4. Because that is not in keeping with Earth’s desire for her beloved souls, the master planning council in conjunction with spiritually evolved beings among you decided to reverse the order of two major parts of the plan. Originally it was thought that exposure of the dark ones’ controlling hand in myriad worldly matters would arouse the sleepers and then there would be the revelation that newcomers from distant lands have come to help you clean up the mess your world is in. But awakening of the masses isn’t happening as quickly as need be and time is of the essence, so it has been agreed to jolt the many sound sleepers with something that cannot miss getting everyone’s attention—your governments acknowledging that other intelligent beings are in the universe.

5. According to information reaching us about the “unveiling,” it will be understated rather than dramatic, such as a simultaneous fleet of spacecraft decloaking or a host of visitors landing. And there will not be an immediate outpouring of interaction with your brothers and sisters from faraway homelands—their introduction will be unfolded, not suddenly thrust upon a world where skeptics and nonbelievers will not greet this news with the same enthusiasm as you. Wisdom dictates caution so that suspense and doubt will not turn into chaos and fear.

6. The dark ones know that once this long-denied truth no longer is deniable, it opens a virtual Pandora’s box of their heinous activities throughout the ages. Thus, even as lightworkers are rejoicing that at long last the presence of other civilizations is publicly confirmed, the dark minds will be furiously churning out fear. As puppets of the off-planet dark forces, they know that the energy of fear puts a barrier between light and consciousness, and always the goal of that powerful force field of negativity has been to conquer souls by capturing their light. Their puppets will make every effort to convince the populace that the ETs are to be feared, they have come to conquer and enslave.

7. Your interconnectedness with all souls in this universe will help dispel the fear that non-illumined individuals succumb to. The light in your elation not only will touch all around you, but will radiate out into the universe and through the law of attraction, bring back “like” energy that can reach those who bought into the fear-filled falsehoods. The light can open their hearts and let them also welcome the visitors who have come to assist you rise out of third density, where darkness thrives. It is true that God told these others of His children to help you, but they are doing this eagerly and lovingly so all of you can awaken to your rightful place in our universal family.

8. Because we honor every one of the many courageous souls throughout your world who are aiding the light forces, rarely do we single out an individual for such recognition. Speaking on behalf of all souls at this station, I do so in this instance because David Wilcock so clearly explains the interconnectedness of all in existence, how science and spirit are one and the same, and all incarnate experiencing is within the universal consciousness.

9. Now I shall move on to addressing other issues requested by “seasoned” lightworkers and new soul searchers. How quickly will improvements in life on Earth come after the presence of other civilizations is widely known? Behind closed doors, groundwork for many improvements is being birthed, so to say, but the most noticeable changes in Earth’s environment and lives of the long-exploited masses will come when your brothers and sisters from afar are working alongside you and introducing technologies whose speed and effectiveness will astound you.

10. To what extent will we recognize coming changes if we don’t have advanced spiritual understanding like remembering other lifetimes or knowing our main mission in this one? You will recognize many changes! Prominent figures in governments and other “authorities” suddenly will be out of the picture and others will be replaced as reformation progresses. Negotiations will replace combat between nations and civil wars will wind down to resolution. Criticism of US president Obama will cease. Putting bandages on a dead economic system will end and be replaced by a new system. Technologies that have been suppressed by one malicious means or another will become available for implementation.

11. Pollution in all its insidious forms will be eradicated, some quickly and others more gradually. The befouled condition of air, water and soil will be cleansed and purity returned. Other kinds of pollutants that have made life “hell on Earth” and will be phased out include weapons systems, weather control, radioactive materials, laboratory-designed diseases, deceptive media reporting, poverty, violent “entertainment,” mind controlled assassins, subjugation of women, “hate” crimes, Satanism, unfair laws and unjust justice systems, “illegal” and prescription drugs, cruelty to animals—EVERYTHING that has been devised by dark intent will be done away with!

12. Although most of the populace will witness the incremental changes and not think, “These are occurring because of advanced spiritual understanding in the collective consciousness,” it is precisely the raised consciousness and spiritual clarity of Earth humankind that is the foundation of ALL the changes! None of them could come about without YOUR desire to live in peace with each other and in harmony with Nature on a planet that is restored to its original health and beauty! As many messengers of light have told you, helping to create this kind of world is why you chose to be there.

13. What penalties will people have to pay when they cross over to Nirvana because they chose to do that instead of accepting the truths that will be revealed? Never is a penalty levied by any source! Individuals whose conscious lifetime choices were not aligned with their soul contracts get as many other opportunities as they need to “get it right,” and “getting it right” always is every soul’s choice. Scientifically speaking, multiple lifetimes is the reality of universal physics in action. In the sense of an all-knowing, all-loving, ever-present God—a more personal and equally accurate accounting— it is a form of divine grace that is offered to every soul in this universe.

14. And many people will choose to exit this lifetime rather than believe that what they have been taught is wrong. In previous messages we have stated that the emergence of the truth about the origin of religions will present the greatest challenge to the devoutly religious and to lightworkers alike. We also have said that when you encounter that bumpiest part of the pathway into fourth density, you will rise to it well prepared to avoid the potholes yourselves as well as help others tread more securely.

An official announcement by the Obama administration disclosing the reality of extraterrestrial life is imminent. For several months, senior administration officials have been quietly deliberating behind closed doors how much to disclose to the world about extraterrestrial life. Dissatisfaction among powerful institutions such as the U.S. Navy over the decades-long secrecy policy has given a boost to efforts to disclose the reality of extraterrestrial life and technology.

The impending disclosure announcement follows upon the secret implementation of a year long openness policy on UFOs and extraterrestrial life. Over the period February 12-14, 2008, the United Nations held closed doors discussions where approximately 30 nations secretly agreed on a new openness policy on UFOs and extraterrestrial life in 2009. The openness policy was implemented but never publicly announced due to threats against UN diplomats not to disclose details of the secret agreement. h The secret UN agreement was based on two conditions. First, UFOs would continue to appear around the world; and second, the openness policy would not lead to social unrest in liberal democracies. Both conditions have been satisfied making it possible for the next stage to begin – official disclosure of extraterrestrial life.

Obama’s September 24, 2009 chairing of the UN Security Council meeting on nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament, signaled his emerging leadership role in tackling major global issues such as nuclear weapons. The Nobel Peace Prize was an important step in giving global legitimacy to President Obama in making an extraterrestrial disclosure announcement. Obama is therefore poised to play a prominent role in the increased global governance that will be necessary after an extraterrestrial disclosure announcement. The timing would most likely coincide sometime soon after his Nobel Peace Prize acceptance speech on December 10, 2009 in Oslo, Norway.

There have been various sources that have revealed deliberations are underway to make an announcement concerning the existence of extraterrestrial life by the end of 2009. These include, Dr Pete Peterson, a whistleblower who has recently emerged revealing high level discussions have taken place concerning announcing the existence of extraterrestrial life. In a Project Camelot interview, Dr Peterson revealed that “Obama is planning to disclose the reality of ET contact by the end of the year; and that most, but not all, of the ET visitors are friendly.”

Another source is David Wilcock, a prominent researcher of emerging scientific paradigms. Wilcock has been told by additional independent sources that extraterrestrial disclosure will take place by the end of 2009. He furthermore claimed in a Coast to Coast AM radio interview that “a 2-hour international TV special has already been booked that will introduce an alien species, similar to humans, to the world.”

In addition, popular NASA and space researcher, Richard Hoagland, has publicly come forward to reveal that the October 9, LCROSS ‘bombing’ mission of the moon, discovered an ancient base at the moon’s South Pole. Reviewing the scientific data achieved by NASA’s LCROSS mission, Hoagland concluded, also on the popular late night Coast to Coast AM radio show, that “LCROSS is part of a carefully constructed campaign to prepare the populace for imminent disclosure. The President of the United States will soon announce that scientists have discovered ruins on the moon, he added. Nobody saw the LCROSS debris plume because the probes struck a building which swallowed the effects of the explosion.”

Finally, two independent and confidential sources have revealed to me that face to face meetings have recently occurred between U.S. military officials with one or more groups of extraterrestrial visitors. This has allegedly led to confidence being built for future cooperation with the extraterrestrials that will be formally announced to the world public either at the end of 2009, or early 2010.

In conclusion, a diverse number of sources and events point to some form of extraterrestrial disclosure being made by the end of 2009, or early 2010. Official disclosure will most likely emerge in either of two scenarios. One is that President Obama will announce the existence of extraterrestrial visitors, and describe one or more of these to the world. This scenario is supported by Peterson, Wilcock, and my own confidential sources. The second scenario is that an announcement will be made concerning the discovery of artificial structures at the moon’s South Pole, as revealed by the LCROSS mission. This scenario is supported by Hoagland.

Which ever of the above scenarios is used for announcing the existence of extraterrestrial life or technology, President Obama will figure prominently. Behind the scenes, powerful institutions are ensuring that nothing derails the planned disclosure announcement. The disclosure will follow upon a year of greater government openness on UFOs in accord with a policy secretly developed at the United Nations. If extraterrestrial disclosure does occur at the end of 2009 or early 2010, President Obama will lead an unprecedented effort to promote global governance through the United Nations. The Obama administration and its supporters are poised to take a bold step forward in helping our planet become an interplanetary culture that openly deals with the challenges posed by extraterrestrial life.

A distraction might be order to avoid attention being given to
